Growing Brother
So.... wanna be like Supergirl? Who is 50? And a grandma? Yes? Well.... Let's prove some of that first. Here we are when we met in 2nd Grade, and here is our 9th grade yearbook from 1989 (ugly orange carpet is parents’ basement lol). And the grandkids… And here she is exercising while watching football tonight. Beyond that...

1) start very young and exercise every day. EVERY FUCKING DAY. At least something even if it’s recovery walking.

1.5) Do no. 1 but also in addition average 15,000+ steps per day anyway.

2) Don't drink or smoke.

3) eat well (she's pescatarian)

4) sunscreen. Every day.

5) have good genes, and/or at least make the best of what ya got.

6) sleep well.

7) fuck a lot. Seriously, read about it, it literally does keep you younger.

8) repeat no. 7 as needed.

I will consider the remaining request that was in my prior thread for more photos in, lol. The ones that are marginally post-able anyway. Got a lotta ones y’all don’t get to see…..

Maintaining the body is like maintaining a car or a pool or anything else you got to take care of it over time.

Look at your favorite athlete that stick around a long time and play at a high-level versus the ones that flame out out of nowhere

Another big one to add to the list is fasting, which is very anti-aging
Derrick Henry who was playing the earlier game yesterday and running over and past everyone even at his age is still going at a high level and he doesn’t eat his first meal until 4 or 5 daily.

Good call on that one, she’s on that, too. Her adherence to proper diet and eating habits is equal parts inspiring and frightening. She thinks I give her too much grief for not loosening up a bit, there’s more to life than staying within a pound or so of 115. But hey, clearly she knows what she’s doing. :)

I dated a military chick who was the same way. She was the only person I ever met who I could say was even more healthy than me and train harder than I did. We would go to the gym together and I would be done in about 40 minutes and she would take about an hour and a half so I have to wait for her.

She followed a similar diet as your wife, and she also was up every day, early and exercising and do in those types of Pilates exercises while watching TV the same way

But the only thing she did wrong was her drinking was a major issue, but that comes with the territory when you’re in the military

I wouldn’t say she’s “training”, for her it’s more just normal living. It’s like breathing. In terms of diet, it’s daily, no exceptions. In addition to all the walking (in good weather she’ll average about 18,000 steps and not unusual to hit 20,000) every morning, without fail, will be 20 minutes of calisthenic cardio. Every night, without fail, will be 30-45 minutes of some combo of body weight exercises, light dumbbells, and always, always, always core work. And at random times throughout the day she’ll wander into the basement to jump around like a cheerleader on that little trampoline thing or hop on the elliptical for 5 minutes at a time. It’s all “girl stuff” but she’s like a fucking machine. A fucking machine? Hmmmmm….. Anyway, yeah. That.

also other son got arrested now for meth in trailer, yo a lawyer can you help get him off.. we talk before but that about other son. he a good kid and got 3 baby mama he gotta support somehow.

She knows that the world knows what she looks like,…..She’s worked very hard and is deservedly proud of her efforts, and is an amazing woman in every conceivable way that matters. Mother, wife, grandmother, friend, worker, lover, whatever. She radiates warmth, compassion and accomplishment in every single aspect of how she’s lived her life. Any man, no matter their own attributes, has vastly out punted their coverage if she were to choose them. She is aware that she’s the goal at the top of the mountain, I assure you.
