For sure little to no booze and no smoking is anti-aging. While I can see lines etc now, against a few years ago and I am the oldest of 4 I went gray last. Two have passed and myself (first) and the third brother are still here. I'm the only one who trains

If she did that it would mostly be tips on how to constantly keep a running tab in your head of all your daily calories, including how many coffee creamers you use throughout the day, how to obsessively walk so much and also select exercise routines that are only 20-30 minutes long and where to find them online, and that you can fit 2 or 3 of those into a day every day so nobody has excuses that they don't have time to work out. And as to a meal log it would be her eating but you guys wondering how she stays alive on only that, and me complaining how we eat out a lot and I've never seen her finish a plate of food so why are we wasting money, and yes, you do need to eat more fats because eating fat does not make you fat no matter what your head says about the word association.

We could say exercise is the fountain of youth, but it's really the fountain of keeping what ya got as long as you can. Drinking and smoking are by far the biggest contributors to aging faster than the normal population.

Lol, well. . . not exactly. She and I DID actually grow up together, which helps, but we haven't been together as a couple throughout all the years. We're from a smaller town and with our ages everybody kind of knows what everybody is doing in life because of facebook, and we were both becoming single around the same time so it was kind of like, ok, this might work. . . And from her perspective, and she'll flat out say this, we grew up together and know each other anyway so she was pretty sure she could avoid online dating and not end up dead in a dumpster somewhere.

In all fairness, I've definitely climbed to the top of the mountain but there were also definitely a few goats along the way. And we did actually grow up together but only got together during adulthood so I kinda had a built in advantage. Beyond that, and I'm straight up, she's beautiful but if you put together a list of good personal qualities what she looks like wouldn't even be top of the list.

you are right.. a built in emotional connection and trust from knowing each other for that long is priceless with women vs. them meeting random dudes online dating and going out the same day.
