Wow whats with the checkout showing $1,000,000 for shipping and taxes ? maybe its a mistake on the add on
 
I’ve ordered from them for many years but their customer service is bullshit. They’re rude and take a long time to ship your order. The most recent interaction was this morning because I ordered on 2/2/23 and it still hasn’t shipped. I received a snarky reply so it’s probably the last time I order from them. It’s a shame too because I’m on TRT and spend a couple thousand a year on stuff but it’s just not worth they’re slow ass shipping time and bad attitudes when you ask about tracking numbers

When placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions at checkout before finalizing your order.. ~Read the highlighted RED below~
In the terms and conditions we clearly state that we reserve the right to take up to 6 days to ship the order AFTER funds have been collected.
Your complaint is invalid, as YOU excepted the terms each and every single-time, you chose to use the services even tho your complaint is clearly explained in the shipping terms.
We emphasize on these conditions as a safe-guard that you agreed upon, yet you created a new account and made 2 duplicate posts, complaining about our services that are clearly explained in the terms and conditions?

1. ONCE TRACKING SAYS IT LANDED AND REACHED THE DESTINATION, THE SALE IS FINAL..
2 .We are not responsible for eventual:
- obvious postal services errors nor incorrect address provided by customer.
- lost, stolen or damaged items (damaged items could potently be replaced based on the customer services discretion - customers are required to submit full photos of package and damaged items, for review) psl is not responsible or liable for the treatment and care with the handling of parcels with the mail carrier services, once all orders are shipped the items are at the mercy of the postal services.
3. Signature required only for international orders
- If strongly requested by the international customer - we can ship out his order without signature (Not registered mail) - But therefore there will be no tracking status available and if the shipment is lost due to any reason - We obviously CAN NOT provide any form of resend. - Sig. Option is safe , otherwise it wouldn't be so popular.

4. Approximate delivery times (from the date when package left sender country):

-express international shipping (international - resend applies only to priority-registered mail) 8-11 workdays
- express usa domestic shipping 2-3 workdays

::PLEASE READ::
We reserve the right to ship your order 6 days after funds have been officially collected and confirmed by all channels. (This does NOT include automatic updates from money transfer services that send automatic "Received" updates after sender wires funds, this is automated from providers and does not reflect real actual manual time).
If the user account updates with the following info "PAYMENT DETAILS RECEIVED" this is when the 6 day reserved right begins with the ordering process with shipping.
If anything goes wrong with your payment you will be informed about that asap .
This is due to multiple channel communications & confirmations, different time zones need to be considered as a potential with order status updates or what appears to be delays. Weekends are excluded due to the fact of not being an official calendar working business day, Saturday/Sunday are not in the terms with shipping calculation and T/A.

5. Shipping fees :
- all actual shipping costs will show to You in checkout
if you choose products from different category then shipping cost will be summed (shipping from different warehouses ) !!!
6. We ship out all the orders locally (few eu countries) , using only local of those countries postal services.
7. Your Domestic Order tracking number shown/updated in Your PSL account will be active in up to 36-72H. Due to the fact that your Order Tracking number is provided and updated very early.
(Give the track. number approximately 60h. to be active in the system)
8. We hold the right not to ship multiple orders to one address at once.

If you need multiple orders sent at the same time - You need to provide Us with addresses for each and every order that is going to be shipped at the same time.

[If u insist on sending multiple orders to one address at the same time - we will not honor Resend Policy]

9. Large orders are always split into few/couple SAFE shipments (to keep the parcel at reasonable size)

a) When the current part/shipment of your order arrives (please confirm it by mail) , we're sending the next right away.

b) To speed up your large order delivery - You need to provide us with additional addresses.

(we CAN NOT ship multiple parts/shipments of your large order at once to the same address)

[If you INSIST on sending multiple parts of your order to the same address (all at once) - We won't HONOR RESEND POLICY.]

Would you like me to post the convo between you and customer service where YOU were disrespecting us and degrading the reps, berating them after they clearly and kindly explained things to you, even referring to you as "friend", while you were using unacceptable and disrespectful antics?
They even explained and outlined how we were still within the company shipping policy time frame window..

Which way would you like to go about this?

If he is raging because the gear is fire then i am not complaining, i consider it a good review lol.

I ordered from unclez (first time) and had a similary query but he politely explained i should review the shipping details. Logical.

After an order its really out of our hands and patience and time and a little luck if customs play nice is all we can do.

I am a New Zealand customer. We don't have any decent local sources here and i know my aussie bros wont ship to NZ. I guess the success rate is 50% so no guarantees. But what other options are there?

I mean if i could get quality raws i would brew my own gear. I found a sympathetic trt doc but he is only sympathetic up to 250mg cyp per week.

I love the variety on PSL. Do u guys have any success stories with NZ customs? Cause id love to try some products from the range. Anyway, rant over.

1st of all you make no sense complaining Abt a time frame that you agreed to. And as for customer service, I've had outstanding customer service with PSL. I contacted vision personally and he made arrangements to make sure I was good to go. Vision is legit. Everyone here can vouch for him
 
I placed my first order with PSL today. Paid with zelle . Followed the directions,haven't heard anything back yet (only been a few hours) hoping for the best and looking forward to it.

Just wanted to update that after the first 48 hours everything was smooth and it looks like I'll have a package waiting for me when I get home from work today. So overall great experience for my first purchase. Prices are way more affordable than other suppliers aswell so that made me apprehensive .
