They’re rude and take a long time to ship your order. The most recent interaction was this morning because I ordered on 2/2/23 and it still hasn’t shipped. I received a snarky reply so it’s probably the last time I order from them. It’s a shame too because I’m on TRT and spend a couple thousand a year on stuff but it’s just not worth they’re slow ass shipping time and bad attitudes when you ask about tracking numbers

Would you like me to post the convo between you and customer service where YOU were disrespecting us and degrading the reps, berating them after they clearly and kindly explained things to you, even referring to you as "friend", while you were using unacceptable and disrespectful antics?
They even explained and outlined how we were still within the company shipping policy time frame window..
Which way would you like to go about this?

I placed my first order with PSL today. Paid with zelle . Followed the directions,haven't heard anything back yet (only been a few hours) hoping for the best and looking forward to it.
