Aromasin is a better AI choice as it is a suicide AI and there will be no estrogen rebound when you discontinue usage. It is also much easier on your cholesterol levels. You can order it from ag-guys.com
Dose either 0.5mg of arimidex EOD or 10mg of aromasin EOD for your cycle. That is double what I normally recommend for a TRT dosage, so for someone prone to gyno like you, that will most likely put your estrogen in the low-normal range.

The dosage of arimidex you are using is alright, but it would be much more beneficial and safe for you to use aromasin. Arimidex is not a suicide aromatase inhibitor, so it will leave the possibility of an estrogen rebound after you stop taking it. On the other hand, in the case of aromasin you get a suicide aromatase enzyme inhibitor, so there will be no estrogen rebounds with it. Besides, unlike arimidex it is much more beneficial for cholesterol levels, and aromasin will increase the IGF-1 levels by up to 25%, which is scientifically proven. You make the choice here.

What's your Current BF% or Best Approximation.
At 250 Lbs. and only 5'11", seems to me it's High and that's why you're Gyno Prone...................... JP
P.S.
Remember something ~ Higher BF% = Higher Amounts of Circulating Estrogen.
Add in an Aromatising Compound and you have a Perfect Storm for Gyno.
P.S.
So do what has been suggested and get some Aromasin.
The Estro Rebound Alone from Arimidex could be enough to give you Gyno when Stopping it.

Bro address as you see fit, I would have been running nolva the whole cycle if you're prone. Then introducing aromasin or adex as necessary. I have taken 25mg ed of aromasin in my worst episodes. Those prone to gyno in this game, really gotta think outside the box, props to those who over the years have learned their body and what works for them when flaring.
