Hello everyone,
I just want to share my cycle plan for next 12 weeks

I am a newbie little asian cunt that just want to look jacked
I have been on the cycle for 3 weeks until now

Kindly need some advise and feedback from all the expert here

My Body Profile on 7th May 2024 - Last day as a Natty

Asian Genetic (generally has the worst bodybuilding genetic)
Age = 34 years old
Height = 170cm / 5.6ft
Weight = 65.90kg
Body Fat = 18.8%
Muscle Mass = 77.1%
Water = 55.7%
Pretty lean with obvious six pack but muscle looks deflated since I have been doing zero carbs diet

Cycle Plan :
Week 1 = Test E 250mg + Tren E 100mg
Week 2 = Test E 250mg + Tren E 100mg
Week 3 = Test E 250mg + Tren E 100mg
Week 4 = Test E 250mg + Tren E 100mg
Week 5 = Test E 500mg + Tren E 200mg
Week 6 = Test E 500mg + Tren E 200mg
Week 7 = Test E 500mg + Tren E 200mg
Week 8 = Test E 500mg + Tren E 200mg
Week 9 = Test E 500mg + Tren E 200mg
Week 10 = Test E 500mg + Tren E 200mg
Week 11 = Test E 500mg + Tren E 200mg
Week 12 = Test E 500mg + Tren E 200mg

Target = clean bulk and gain muscle mass with low water retention

7th May 2024 - Last picture as a NATTY

It's been 10 years after my last cycle, so I am going to start again with low dosage like just a beginner
I will share all my progress and picture by weekly basis if possible, just as reference

If you guys have recommendation or suggestion, will be appreciated it

My body update after Week 1 = Test E 250mg + Tren E 100mg

Weight = 70.30kg
Body Fat = 21.6%
Muscle Mass = 74.4%
Water = 53.7%

Its been 11 days after the first picture I took on the thread, first jab started 7 days ago
Since then I put more calorie on my diet menu with 200gr white rice equivalent with 55gr carbs every breakfast, lunch, dinner with more less same protein intake, and still low fat and more bananas and other fruits every snack time
No high calorie snack such chips, Ice cream, no high calorie drink like sweet drink , sometimes only coca cola NO sugar

I got these figures from my smart scale, not sure whether its accurate or not,
I feel little bit bigger however I lost my muscle mass and but my body fat increased based on the data

The significant changes is :
My appetite is crazy, I always hungry all the time
the power and energy on the gym was superbs, I admitted it

But I feel I gain more fat, the abs starts fading
My work pants now getting more tight

I think 5kgs gain in 11 days is crazy, not sure if this is normal or not, or this is just fat
I feel my cheeks getting fatter now, Did i do wrong on my diet menu?

Is this normal? or should I reduce my carbohydrate intake? to avoid the moon face or bloating?

Everyone's help will be appreciated it

can feel I am slightly bigger from my last week post, not much different from the picture, looks slow and maybe because the genetics or low dosage
its only 2nd week anyway, same energy same power at the gym like last week

still continue with the same pattern of the diet menu, pretty much same calorie intake like last week as well
and sixpack is gone, now only fat on the abs 😭

Please judge me

A few discussion points.

On cycle,
700mgs of steroids/week is not low, so your title while seems reasonable is not low ;) low is like 200mgs of test bro as example

no problem, but you need to add anti estrogen like aromasin in there 10mgs eod and you need organ liver support like n2guard there
with cardarine gw for cardio and anti trenbolone sides

on diet training,
diet, please post actual foods and meals and when you eat them, so we can see your situation
training, please post actual training you doing, exercises sets reps and weights and cardio
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

on supplements
please list supplements you taking and how much

pictures
please share more pics of you face blurred as you go, progress pics
right now i see your pic but you just gained water not bodyfat imo but lets see
share pics of your meals and foods
and share pics of your training
along with supplement pics
and pics of your gear you using

please keep sharing with the community and we will guide you
 
you have a great base I'm not sure why you think your genetics aren't good
 
the Asian genetics thing is a myth
look at all the great athletes like Jackie Chan for example
 
make sure you get up some pictures of your diet
we would love to see some nice Asian food

500mg Test E and 200 Tren E still acceptable for begginer yea

Yes actually I dont really take a not for my training and diet, not really into the macro and food scale,
I just do very basic things when cook the good, focus on more protein, less fat, and balance carbs around 200gr per meal and a lot of fruits or protein yogurt or protein bar or protein shake for snacks

I will try to update from now on.
I work like 12 hours a day and mostly out of office and not really can focus to detail macro diet and training.
I also only spend more less 1 hour max at the gym

My supplements
just WPC, creatine, pre workout, omega Oil and zinc
I will buy liver support today, I think they sell here at the chemist

and another question if you dont mind :
1. should I really take the AI / Aromasin if I havent get aromatase of estrogen? I heard that you can take only if you can feel the aromatase
2. I dont know anything about Cardarine, and what is that for? is it really necessary? I dont want to take too much to my body If I can
3. Can you tell me more about Masteron? what is this compound really for? I am thinking to add 100mg Mast to my cycle? if you ask me why, I have no idea, I just want to try as a beginner, a lot of people talk about this 3 stacks ( I would avoid oral gear if I can)

hahaha, I dont think you will see asian food from
i dont really spend a lot of time in the kitchen
i mostly doing roasted chicken breast with seasoning. boil some eggs, white rice and put some low calorie tomato sauce or BBQ sauce
pretty basic but quick
 
you sure you want to go 12 weeks on a cycle like this?
I would cut off the tren at 8 or 10 weeks
TBH I never say 100% sure, I am doing this just because simply follow what people did before
like most of people doing 12 weeks cycle, as a beginner

Can you please inform me the reason?
