300 gr slice chickens
2 white tortilla wrap with bit tomato sauce no sugar
small bowl of watermelon
@balisteroid diet is good but you missing omega 3 fats lets add those

My body update after Week 6 = Test E 375mg + Tren E 200mg + Mast E 100mg & Aromasin 12.5mg Monday & 12.5 Thursday
Weight = 78.60kg
Body Fat = 25.9%
Muscle Mass = 70.3%
Water = 50.8%

I have added aromasin twice a week, 12.5mg Monday & 12.5mg Thursday
TBH i dont really feel much different after taking the aromasin, but my nipples not too sensitive or hurt anymore.
and i feel the water from my face now is a bit reduced

another 1kg gained in weight, similar diet and similar calorie intake
similar training - Push Pull Legs day for 6 days a week

the libido and sex drive still good until now, didnt feel any decrease yet, hopefully no
dont have any problem with the sleep, got the night sweat although its winter now in Australia, but its not really bothering me

just one thing, for the past 5 days I got a sore throat, its so hurt every-time I swallow
i also keep clearing my throat. throat always dry
I always drink a lot of water, no shit food, no fry food, no spicy food

do you think this is part of Tren Flu?
I was taking a lot lozenges, now my throat is getting better today but still a bit hurt and really hard to eat a lot

If there is any feedback, will be appreciated it 🙏

@balisteroid if you got a sore throat you should take a few days off , maybe you just got a light flue

would be great to see your actual training diet share? anything to share :)

I'm not sure your body fat is that high how are you measuring it
in fact I will wager that you are more closer to 20% than you are 25%

Went to the gym

30gr Protein - Post Workout Protein Shake (Balance Carbs and Protein)
2 whole boiled egg
2 sliced whole wheat bread
2 spoons of Protein peanut butter

11AM
1 Apple

12.30PM
200gr Pasta
2 Spoons Tomato Paste
300gr baked Salmon with skin
50gr Tofu
(everythings without oil and baked in the oven)

3PM
1 banana
2 whole boiled egg

5PM
100gr white rice
100gr baked mince lamb and mince beef)

8PM
350gr Protein Yogurt (Sweet Treat)

9PM
8 white egg + 2 whole egg (scrambled on the pan with little olive oil spray)
1 Tortilla Wrap
240gr green goodnes salad bowl (bought from supermarket)

10.30PM
2 Scoops custard casein protein
1 banana

most of the main meals I use little bit of dressing or no sugar bbq sauce, but its just little not crazy for flavory
I added omega 3 based on you recommendation with 2 Fish Oil everyday

I'm gonna agree. 18-20% max
 
hell of an update man you're looking better and better
 
you'll definitely get leaner on this stack keep your diet on point
 
look into time restricted eating you'll get better results when it comes to Fat Loss
 
start adding some fasting to your protocol that will help
