2 sliced whole wheat bread
2 spoons of Protein peanut butter

1 Apple

12.30PM
200gr Pasta
2 Spoons Tomato Paste
300gr baked Salmon with skin
50gr Tofu
(everythings without oil and baked in the oven)

3PM
1 banana
2 whole boiled egg

5PM
100gr white rice
100gr baked mince lamb and mince beef)

8PM
350gr Protein Yogurt (Sweet Treat)

9PM
8 white egg + 2 whole egg (scrambled on the pan with little olive oil spray)
1 Tortilla Wrap
240gr green goodnes salad bowl (bought from supermarket)

10.30PM
2 Scoops custard casein protein
1 banana

most of the main meals I use little bit of dressing or no sugar bbq sauce, but its just little not crazy for flavory
I added omega 3 based on you recommendation with 2 Fish Oil everyday
@balisteroid you want to lean out right? because if thats the case the white rice and bread need to go
post workout concentrate on LOW Gi carbs
if you want to gain clean mass you would need to cut some of the night carbs as well like banana
 
I don’t see any training in this log. What’s the point of a log if you don’t show the training? I notice the majority of Aussie logs don’t hane training details.

understood, I think I will try to stop carbs intake on the last main night meal and night snack

Trying to recomp a bit for my diet menu as a recommendation, will share it later

and I also just wondering with my current cycle now Test E 375mg + Tren E 200mg + Mast E 100mg & Aromasin 12.5mg Monday & 12.5 Thursday

do you think I should reduce my Test E to 250mg and increase my Mast E to 200mg? is it better idea?

feel bit worried about my E2 become too high even though i don't really see the symptom

@balisteroid waiting on the diet bro :)

your current cycle is fine but you can cut the test to 250mgs and masteron should stay at 100mgs already

e2 is high but you have aromasin lets stay on aromasin first

My body update after Week 7 = Test E 375mg + Tren E 200mg + Mast E 100mg & Aromasin 12.5mg Monday, 12.5mg Wednesday, 12.5mg Friday
Weight = 79.50kg
Body Fat = 26.3%
Muscle Mass = 70.0%
Water = 50.6%

I have added the dosage of aromasin 3 times a week, 12.5mg Monday, 12.5mg Wednesday, 12.5mg Friday.
Because i feel itchy on my nipple and i keep scratching it.
Is dosage still OK? or should I lower it if the symptoms is gone?

Everybody said I am bigger now, still chasing for 85kg

adjusted my diet little bit since 2 days ago, reduce white rice and changed to whole wheat bread

you get any tamoxifen? aka nolvadex pick some up use 20mgs ed

the 7am switch the bread to oatmeal, its a must

on the 7pm same thing and 5pm same we need to change bread to oatmeal/sweet potato and yams, can you do that?

also you look amazing in the picture BIGGER leaner and stronger WOW you're making progress bro :)
 
very consistent work and I like the sweet potatoes
 
will be interesting to see how you progress on this cycle
 
why are you still eating all this bread bread is horrible and will make it hard to lose fat
 
switch out the bread for more fruits and veggies
 
if you want carb options I suggest sweet potatoes and brown rice
