This morning trainingI don’t see any training in this log. What’s the point of a log if you don’t show the training? I notice the majority of Aussie logs don’t hane training details.

post workout concentrate on LOW Gi carbs
if you want to gain clean mass you would need to cut some of the night carbs as well like banana
even thought my goal is gain clean mass?start adding some fasting to your protocol that will help
@balisteroid you still should cut the white rice and get yams/oatmeal/brown rice and lower GI foods broMy goal is to gain clean mass
understood, I think I will try to stop carbs intake on the last main night meal and night snack

and I also just wondering with my current cycle now Test E 375mg + Tren E 200mg + Mast E 100mg & Aromasin 12.5mg Monday & 12.5 Thursday
do you think I should reduce my Test E to 250mg and increase my Mast E to 200mg? is it better idea?
feel bit worried about my E2 become too high even though i don't really see the symptom

I have added the dosage of aromasin 3 times a week, 12.5mg Monday, 12.5mg Wednesday, 12.5mg Friday.
Because i feel itchy on my nipple and i keep scratching it.
Is dosage still OK? or should I lower it if the symptoms is gone?
