the 7am switch the bread to oatmeal, its a must

on the 7pm same thing and 5pm same we need to change bread to oatmeal/sweet potato and yams, can you do that?

why are you still eating all this bread bread is horrible and will make it hard to lose fat
definitely tighten your diet up more there's a lot of room to improve
switch out the bread for more fruits and veggies

so basically all bread its not good yea, doesnt matter its wholewheat or grain bread, those all only marketing purpose

I swap all the carbs with oatmeal now start from today

and I still need take the carbs to get the calorie surplus, my goal is still on bulking

My body update after Week 7 = Test E 375mg + Tren E 200mg + Mast E 100mg & Aromasin 12.5mg Monday, 12.5mg Wednesday, 12.5mg Friday
Weight = 79.50kg
Body Fat = 26.3%
Muscle Mass = 70.0%
Water = 50.6%

I have added the dosage of aromasin 3 times a week, 12.5mg Monday, 12.5mg Wednesday, 12.5mg Friday.
Because i feel itchy on my nipple and i keep scratching it.
Is dosage still OK? or should I lower it if the symptoms is gone?

Everybody said I am bigger now, still chasing for 85kg

adjusted my diet little bit since 2 days ago, reduce white rice and changed to whole wheat bread

Yesterday Meals
7AM
30gr Protein - Whey Protein
1 scoop Creatine
1 banana
1 cup oat meal
2 whole wheat toast with protein peanut butter
2 fish oil

8AM
Went to the gym

9.30AM
30gr Protein - Post Workout Protein Shake (Balance Carbs and Protein)
2 whole boiled egg
2 sliced whole wheat bread
2 spoons of Protein peanut butter


12.30PM
500gr short loin
100gr sweet potato and vegetables

5PM
200gr short loin
2 whole wheat bread

7PM
200gr short loin
2 whole wheat bread


10PM
250gr marinara seafood mix
100gr sweet potato and vegetables

most of the main meals I use little bit of dressing or no sugar bbq sauce, but its just little not crazy for flavory
I added omega 3 based on you recommendation with 2 Fish Oil everyday

and I sleep mostly 6 hours, its always rare to get sleep for 7 or 8 hours

@balisteroid clomid wont do anything for gyno, get some tamoxifen
you should be able to easily get nolvadex there
