you need to be doing more REPs and less weight, so volume
think 15-20 reps thats bodybuilding and lean style
your supps are fine to start

I have been doing these kind of reps whole life, never done a lot of reps with light weight
I am always trying to make as heavy as I can until 3 or 4 reps Maximum. thats what always bodybuilder do, right?
So which style of train I should do?
