but that sauce even with no sugar added can still destroy your meal what's in that tomato sauce
I understand, to be honest its really hard for me lately to eat very very clean meal.
but I always try to make as clean as possible, sometimes I only add some sauce just for spice but not too much, and maybe little calorie only

you need to be doing more REPs and less weight, so volume
think 15-20 reps thats bodybuilding and lean style

your supps are fine to start

how about your diet man? :) you going to share it more

I have been doing these kind of reps whole life, never done a lot of reps with light weight
I am always trying to make as heavy as I can until 3 or 4 reps Maximum. thats what always bodybuilder do, right?

So which style of train I should do?

pretty much similar with the previous meal I shared

@balisteroid you should be doing higher volume for your goals 15 reps+ bro thats bodybuilding
3-5 reps is more like powerlifting

aaah damn, two experts already said the same thing
so all my efforts was useless then 😭
Is that reason why my muscle not growing?

so we that 15+ repetition, I reckon I will have more lot of energy left on the gym with only 1 hour training
any suggestion what scheme I should do to maximise my energy and strength at the gym?
