definitely try your delts and shoulders
they aren't easy injection
 
go with glutes and rotate
also try lats
 
you can't keep pinning the same spot
otherwise you'll end up getting scar tissue
 
there are some websites that show you different spots to pin
also the podcast on here they had a couple episodes about it
 
infections and abscesses are a real possibility
so is getting Scar Tissue so make sure you improve your injecting
 
@balisteroid best spot is your glutes, your butt basically
you'll need to learn how or get a part time nurse to help you
injecting into the shoulder as a comparison you can only do 1ml

for glutes 3 mls no issues


suggestion to cut the rice at night for sure, dont eat carbs so late
maybe try quads
some people really like them just don't hit a vein
try injecting in your pecs they are my favorite spot and they're easy to do
i think thats the problem, shoulder only can do max 1.5ml but I did 2ml, it makes me swollen now

never try pec, i heard pec only can do max 1.5ml as well, so the only spot I can do is glutes i think

I tried quads on first injection it makes difficult for me to run and walk down on the stairs, it was very annoying

and your gear thats a real issue, what is your gear? you got a pic? maybe bad quality

My body update after Week 3 = Test E 250mg + Tren E 100mg
Weight = 74.60kg
Body Fat = 23.8%
Muscle Mass = 72.3%
Water = 52.3%

Another 2kg increased of weight, bloated on the stomach, not sure if it cause of carbs, fat or water.
No cardio at all for past 3 weeks

Energy and the strength still pretty good like last week

I am going to change my train scheme this week based on the suggestions from the experts, lets see if will be affecting the physical look

didnt feel much difference with last week for the body size, maybe due to wrong train

cant say anything much this week

Any feedback again from the experts, will be appreciated it 🙏
