My body update after Week 4 = Test E 250mg + Tren E 100mg + Mast E 100mg
Weight = 75.80kg
Body Fat = 24.6%
Muscle Mass = 71.6%
Water = 51.7%

1kg gained in a weight, changed my training scheme, cardio (static bicycle for 10 minutes every 2 days)
similar diet plan
I am targeting to reach maybe 85kg for on this cycle, not sure if that possible

I can feel that I am bigger now, maybe not really obvious in the picture.
But yeah, I don't expect too much for my first cycle on 34 years old age

If there is any feedback, will be appreciated it 🙏

If you have estrogen issues and get it resolved immediately
mate, can you please tell me what kind of issue that actually happen if you get aromatise of estrogen?
because i dont feel any estrogen effect until now

Hi. May I ask if you are experiencing any kind of documented syndrome of trenbolone usage so far, like night sweat, mood swing, increase in aggressiveness, etc?
yea its basic side effect, like oily face, night sweat is true because now is winter in Australia, i still get sweat at night

mood swing and aggressiveness, yes I can feel it but I try to control it, so there is nothing crazy

so the point that I got is I should get AI (I prefer Aromasin) if I am on cycle? doesnt matter even though I dont get aromatise of Estrogen?

Is that OK if i dont take AI until end of Cycle

and can anyone tell me what is the symptoms when you are High of Estrogen?

I know you guys ask me to track the blood work, anyone from Australia, what should I ask to them to get a blood work, what should I check?

@balisteroid i reckon you eating too much, you can get leaner and bigger, more like eating too much wrong food

2 Slice white breads

10AM
1 pack up and go protein energise 250ml

12PM
250gr roasted chicken breast
200gr white rice
with 2 table spoon no sugar bbq sauce

4PM
2 slice white breads with peanut butter
1 scoop whey protein
1 banana
1 pear
7PM
350gr Fast Fuel Curried Chicken soup / bought in supermarket (20gr protein, 12g fat, 17g carbs)

10.30PM
300gr pan fried salmon with marinated soy sauce, (bought from supermarket, but I washed the salmon before i cook to get rid the sauces)
100gr boiled chicken liver
150gr white rice
100gr cabbage

11.30PM

@balisteroid you have to cut the white rice
you eat a lot of rice
cut that later in the day and cut your carbs more

replace with fats like walnuts, almonds and veggies more fiber

my target is bulking now and gain more muscle mass and I reckon it will affect in weight gain as well right? and the target maybe 85kg

So thats why I am using Test E, Tren E, and Mast E now

and then later on when i do cutting, my weight can goes to around 75kg and looks bigger

this target and idea came from when I see the the minimum weight to compete in classic physique 😁
Classic PhysiqueClass AOver 5'6" up to & including 5'7" & 175 lbs / 168cm - 170cm & 79kg

because last time i did cutting my weight became only 64kg, looks lean but very thin and keto

because you asked about your bodyfat in the start seems that you wanted cut route

lets get calories and carbs up with some fat :)
 
Personally you are in a great shape for a cut, that's just my thoughts on it, I'd cut get down into 10-12% then do a clean lean bulk you would end up looking much better.

Am I still in the right track? targeting my self to 85kg still make sense?

still waiting my Aromasin and I will show you guys the gear, and see what Aromasin can make the difference
