your numbers should be improving off of cycle
if not then there's a problem

bros you drinking alcohol or what?

Lowering AST (aspartate aminotransferase) and ALT (alanine aminotransferase) levels naturally involves lifestyle changes and habits that support liver health:

  1. Dietary Changes:
    • Healthy Eating: Consume a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.
    • Limit Processed Foods: Reduce intake of processed foods, saturated fats, and sugars.
    • Hydration: Drink plenty of water to help flush toxins out of the body.
  2. Weight Management:
    • Maintain a healthy weight through a combination of a balanced diet and regular exercise.
  3. Limit Alcohol Consumption:
    • Reduce or eliminate alcohol intake as excessive drinking can damage the liver and elevate AST and ALT levels.
  4. Regular Exercise:
    • Engage in regular physical activity as it can help reduce liver fat and improve overall liver function.
  5. Avoid Toxins:
    • Minimize exposure to toxins and chemicals in household products and the environment.
  6. Herbal Supplements:
    • Some herbs like milk thistle and turmeric are believed to have liver-protective properties. However, consult a healthcare professional before taking supplements as they might interact with medications or have adverse effects.
  7. Healthy Lifestyle:
    • Get enough sleep and manage stress levels as poor sleep and chronic stress can impact liver health.
