I'm 39 years old, 75kg, at 1.75m height, but with high body fat percentage (around 26%) and low muscularity. Especially I keep a lot of fat around my belly and chest. My goal is recomposition: I'll be satisfied if I could become 75kg but with 12% body fat percentage.
Unfortunately, despite the fact that I' m training systematically (weight lifting and aerobics) from 2015, I have nothing to show as a result (images from my current state attached). My lowest bodyweight was back to 2019 at 68 kg. But even at that bodyweight I was still keeping a lot of fat around my belly, while I was seeming generally anorexic. So even at that weight I wasn't look better.
I' m checking my testosterone all these years and it always comes back at the low end of normal range (at 300's). Two years ago, at 2022, I decided to tried a TRT protocol. I used Testosterone Enanthate. I began with a dose of 100mg injected once a week, but after staying a month and a half at that dose I felt no difference. So, I tried a dose of 250mg injected once a week again. My testosterone at blood tests rised up to 1300' s but I started to experienced erectile dysfuction problems, despite my estrogens being at range (at 40's in blood tests). So after about a 4 months total experimentation with TRT I came out due to facing erectile dysfuction problems, while not seeing any progress at my fat loss and muscle gain efforts.
After all these, I' m now at a point that I'm thinking of trying something beyond TRT: e.g. anabolic steroids compounds. Not looking for something "hard" or "aggressive". I don't want to become a bodybuilder or a fitness model! My goal is very specific: RECOMPOSITION. Just become a better version of myself.
Any suggestions?
