Currently I'd say 80% are arriving in 2-3 days. 95% within a week and occasionally 7-9 days in some extreme rare cases.

Also auspost lose mail occasionally too, they claim less than 1% but it's possibly more than that. Not saying this is the case.

As far as providing tracking immediately from an operational security perspective - you have to understand the business we are in there is an added risk in providing tracking numbers.
