Yuppp 100% causes insane reflux.
I have to take prescription PPI (proton pump inhibitor) with it. Pantoprazole. It just reduces the stomach acid.
You can actually get it OTC at 20mg per tab, or prescription at 40mg. I usually cut it in half and take half a day unless I'm on 700mg plus tbol I think iv had to take a whole tablet for some periods.

And running 700mg tren without 20mg Cardarine is not fun, in terms of breathing that's for sure.

Yeah certainly fucks up my cardio or rather endurance.but I love to add the tren back in so I may look into that,ppi.where do I source that from and does it have any adverse effects.
