Ausmeds.is product issue Sust 250

My very first order with Ausmeds and I ordered a single vial late last week of Sustanon 250 and it arrived today, so I was impressed!

I received exactly what I ordered 1 x Sust 250 ...so I'm still impressed!

But then I attempted to peel off the plastic cover to the top of the vial so I could insert the syringe!

The entire top just popped off the vial sending Test oil all over my fingers and the vial slipped out of my hand onto the floor...

losing HALF OF THE DAMN VIAL of Test oil!

WTF guys!

Is this how you seal your vials? Piss poor and unprofessional! The vial was NOT securely sealed!

How safe is this product if you guys can't even seal it correctly?

And now I have lost half the vial on my kitchen floor!!

Now NOT impressed!!

Apologies for this, I'd like to investigate why this has happened. I will also replace your vial for you of course.

Replied and replacement will be sent out today. Apologies once again, an operator error on our end. We've double checked all the seals now so I'm confident it wont be repeated.

To be fair, this could happen to any lab. A failed crimp is not an indicator of gear quality or efficacy. We're human - shit happens sometimes.
 
Point taken, and I can fully understand and appreciate where you are coming from.

4 weeks ago I ordered from OzPharmLabs and sent $220. I was told my order shipped. Nothing arrived. My attempts to contact them were ignored for 2 weeks. So I posted on here and I got an immediate and courteous response from MWKJ8SAD and was advised that in fact, my order did not ship and would not ship. I was given a $220 refund... when all I wanted was my Test.

So, I ordered from Ausmeds!

Only to receive a vial that fell apart on me and dropped on the kitchen floor.

Yes, my first reaction (right or wrong) was to post on here and was quickly responded to by Max who politely advised that he has shipped another vial to me. Great service!

But still no Test delivery as yet.

So here I am, 5 weeks later and I am still waiting for my Test. Frustrating to the core!

Yes, shit happens but service and quality are the backbone of retail selling be it legal or not.

Max from Ausmeds responded above immediately and acted immediately (even if not yet received) so I believe that is a positive testimonial to anyone looking in this forum to determine the positive customer service provided by Ausmeds.

So not all bad, but point taken.
 
Yeah 100% and you are entitled to feel that way as both issues would upset anyone, just try resolve it privately I reckon before posting something negative as all the vendors I've dealt with are nothing more then helpful and really only care about offering good quality products and customer service aswell, sometimes we are just unlucky enough to get a bad batch or get a unfortunate situation like you have with ausmeds and oz

Did they give a reason why they wouldn't ship mate?
 
I believe this issue is resolved with Nakoa.

As mentioned if there is an issue we are happy to resolve.

100% it can happen to the best of any labs,I've had this issue a couple of times ,not losing the whole vial though just the top came off pulling the cap,drew it up and put in another sealed vial,easy peasy.
