Why don’t u try low dosage deca, at 80-100 mg per week steady blood level and enough for joint relief. Start with test c or e stay for abt 6-8 week see how u react how u feel with increased estrogen if u manage well than incorporate low dosage deca.
Much better choice, jumping into 400mg of NPP first cycle at 50 would also not be my first choice ether bro, each to there own always but

The brother @Ratatata advice here sounds much more reasonable ✅

Thanks for the recommendation. I was thinking of NPP over deca because of its reported quick body clearance rate (just in case the nand impacts me badly). Do you recommend supplementing test c/e with say provion for estrogen control? (FWIW I believe I am prone to estrogen based gyno flare ups based on past oral history so don't want that to happen during the cycle)

Test c or test e takes time to peaks in blood stream, throwing proviron as an assumption can be bad idea imo, crashed e2 can cause for joint problems. if ur goal is to feel better at ur age, start with 150mg to 200mg of test check ur blood in 4 weeks time see ur estrogen level see how’s ur test level, keep proviron handy, jst incase, or an ai, than u can add very low 60-80mg deca for joint lubrication. Take it slowly, don’t rush. Know the compound how it is working for u.

Thanks Yuri. Always happy to listen to the wise words of the knowledge base and adjust my expectations where appropriate. So 400 mg of NPP is out for the first cycle. 👍. So now I'm thinking 400 mg/wk of Test C/E for 6-8 weeks to gauge body impact then add 100 mg of either deca or NPP for remainder of cycle. If I use this approach, how should the total cycle be?

Yeah npp over deca is fine.
Honestly here's what I would do.
Test e nice and low 250mg a week.
Npp 50-100mg s week
If you need a dht something like proviron is fine but a little weak.
Primo is probably your "safest" dht then but a little pricey.
Keep some ai on hand if needed but try to avoid using them as they aren't very good for you.

Best bet is to head over to the steroid anabolic forums part and whack up a question/log.
Even if you click on my name and my log you can backtrack from there and find the forums.

Not gonna lie, I feel a like crap atm with joint issues, really low test results (got recent bloods) not to mention my recent completion of a realitively stringent 12 week far belly fat reduction/ab definition diet where I dropped from 88 kg to 78kg. (175 cm tall). So I want to feel good, reduce joint pain and put on some decent (not drastic. - maybe 5-8 kg of lean muscle) size. So whatever cycle you think I should do to achieve these goals in say a 12-16 week period would be great. Not looking for miracles, just realistic expectations. Open to all to provide advice/suggestions. 👍

Yeah brother for sure, there’s going to be a ton of opinions and everyone has the own personal preferences when it come to this, and there are also plenty that will miss the mark with even just the basics like nutrition.

But a safer approach is what the majority of us preach, and that typically that means seeing how you react with one compound at a time - and most certainly for your first few cycle, Slow and steady wins the race.

I am not expert i am learning as i go, Looking at ur age, i would consider staying at self trt, start at 200mg test e, do blood in 4 weeks see ur levels, see ur health markers, if any estrogen related problem keep ai handy, as u said u got pre existing joint issues if npp can help than start 60-100mg per week for faster getting through system would be my advice, throwing different compound as an assumption and rushing can bring other problems too.

Thanks @Ratatata (and all who have commented), I really appreciate your sage advice. Just in a hurry to get the results, (as we all are I am sure) but your wise words make sense. I will follow your advice, start around 200-250 mg per week of Test for 4-6 weeks, then add a low dose of npp if all goes well (bloods). I assume I will probably have to stay on trt levels permanently, so say a continuous dosage of 100-200 mg per week (blood work dependent) will probably be required and I will cycle on/off other future compounds (for multi compound mix) as/when desired? If I can tolerate 100 mg/wk of NPP, would I stay on that permanently too or would I need to cycle off at some point of time?

I was thinking about NPP for its proported joint relief (I know there are mixed opinions on this, but based on 20 yrs of heavy lifting my shoulders are not in a great state and I won't even talk about my kness. So I am willing to try NPP even if its an outside chance of working.) Based on your comment maybe I should drop the NPP dosage to lower amount just to attain joint relief only?
If you want joint relief I would suggest a good fish oil everyday or consider using peptides like BPC and Tb 500 together. Tried NPP at 300mg and didn't get that joint relief and went straight back to fish oils and BPC for my joints
