Blood work is fine, cholesterol within range, blood pressure fluctuates, liver and kidney function fine.

6ft 1-2", 117kgs @ 15% bf in my mid to late 30's.

Only issue is sperm count... Which I don't care as I'm a grandfather.

Talking about stats b4 I hurt my neck I was fucking pumped as I weighed 96kgs with 12% bf that was in early November I just stepped on the scales 87kgs I haven't weighed that low in over 5 years lol that's depressing ive lost so much muscle mass at least my bf is still low that's a positive I can't train until I heal up from surgery which could be another 3-6 months I'm hoping it's 3months I can't wait to start training again

Haha get fucked. I'm glad its entertaining for you.

I'm just hoping I'm suppressed enough that there's only like 1 or 2 swimmers and most of the time their gonna get swallowed or she'll shit it out the next day.

But girls these days don't just want to get pregnant they try avoid it just as much as men but in a long term relationship scenario which isn't on the cards for now but I'm sure i'll figure it out.
