@Pigsy who has generously sent me through his protocol which is working well for me, been wanting to start SLIN for a while now as I’m already running gear and HGH, now I’m hitting the trifecta
The dose is 5iu pre workout
Training:
Bench press:
Set 1: 60kg x 15
Set 2: 100kg x 10
Set 3: 100kg x 10
Set 4: 100kg x 10
Dips:
Set 1: 12 reps
Set 2: 12 reps
Set 3: 12 reps
Set 4: 12 reps
Tricep push downs:
Set 1: 40kg x 12
Set 2: 40kg x 12
Set 3: 40kg x 12
Set 4: 45kg x 11
Upright row:
Set 1: 35kg x 10
Set 2: 35kg x 10
Set 3: 35kg x 10
Set 3: 35kg x 10
