Hi guys hope everyone is doing good, really appreciate all the positivity and feedback on my log so far 🙏

Diet:

Meal 1: 5 egg omelette with 150 grams mashed golden sweet potato


Post workout shake: 200 grams skim milk 150 grams blueberries, 30 grams Manuka honey, 1 scoop whey protein isolate (30 grams protein)


Meal 2: 250 grams eye fillet steak 🥩 , 250 grams mashed sweet potato 200 grams steamed broccoli 🥦


Meal 3: 400 grams wild caught salmon 250 grams mashed sweet potato 200 grams steamed broccoli 🥦


Meal 4 - shake: 200ml skim milk 4 eggs 1 scoop whey protein 100 grams Greek yoghurt 1 banana


Today was push day


Training:


Bench press:

Set 1 (warm up) 60kg x 10

Set 2: 90kg x 10

Set 3: 110kg x 8 - P.R

Set 4: 100kg x 12 P.R only just got the last rep up



Body weight dips:

Set 1: 6 reps

Set 2: 10 reps

set 3: 10 reps

Set 4: 12 reps



Tricep push down:

Set 1 30kg x 10

Set 2: 40kg x 8

Set 3: 40kg x 8

Set 4: 40kg x 10



Upright row

Set 1: 20kg x 6

Set 2: 30kg x 6

Set 3: 30kg x 6



The previous 4 exercises I do as super sets, I then start the below as supersets.



Incline DB press

Set 1: 40kg x 6 P.R

Set 2: 40kg x 6 P.R

Set 3: 40kg x 6 P.R



Supermans

Set 1: 10kg x 6

Set 2: 10kg x 6

Set 3 10kg x 6


Front Plate raise into tricep extension plate raises



Set 1: 20kg 10 reps into 9 reps

Set 2: 20kg 10 reps into 9 reps

Set 3: 20kg10 reps into 10 reps



Calf raises on leg press:

Set 1: 160kg x 30

Set 2: 160kg x 30

Set 3: 160kg x 30

@average918 im checking your diet, seems you're lacking omega 3 fats and psyllium husk
you also need a good preworkout try cardazol or something like that to get the energy

hows the cardio part?

Hey bro, I have upped my omega 3 dose after your recommendation. Currently been taking 6 tablets a day so all up 2400 EPA 1200 DHA
would you say this is sufficient or do you recommend higher?

I actually ran out of my pre workout this morning there was half a scoop left so that wouldn’t have helped. I’m using a pretty basic pre workout from bulk nutrients which is an Australian based wholesale company. I blend up 30 serves with 5 grams of DMAA. Was on the go this morning and didn’t have time to prep the pre workout so just had the half scoop

Cardio I do 20 minutes walking a day, when I have the energy I do a short 1km run on the treadmill but have not done that since starting the log. Cardio is something I need to do more of

It goes alright mate, been getting so sick of the regular carb sources I have been using. Saw the sweet potatoes when I was doing my last grocery shop yesterday and grabbed some and I’m glad I did.

Definitely makes getting carbs in much easier sweet potatoes are a great carb source 💯

@average918 how about just getting liquid distilled fish oil? high in omega 3 and dont need to pop a ton fo capsules.

Stay with cardio but up it to 45min.

Thanks for the advice brother I’ll look into it, between the 10 d3 tablets and everything else I definitely pop a lot of pills 🤣
