Chin ups:
Set 1: 8 reps
Set 2: 8 reps
Set 3: 8 reps
Set 4: 8 reps

Had to cut workout short because of childcare commitments so pumped out 8kg bicep curls 20 reps into bicep hammer curls 20 reps for a quick bicep pump before I had to rush home

Nice weights there on the dumbbell press bro,going to use the plate raise in one of my workouts.good volume,you should put on some quality size training like this.solid effort.

Been feeling burnt out lately and taking longer to warm up, still showed up and gave it a go, getting stronger with chin ups which I’m happy about

Squats:
Set 1: 20kg x 10
Set 2: 60kg x 10
Set 3: 100kg x 8
Set 4: 100kg x 5 - felt weakness in right leg so called it


Pull down machine
Set 1: 40kg x 20
Set 2: 70kg x 15
Set 3: 100kg x 10
Set 4: 100kg x 15

Pull ups:
Set 1: 8 reps
Set 2: 10 reps P.R
Set 3: 12 reps P.R
Set 4: 15 reps P.R

Bicep curls into hammer curls
Set1: 8kg 10 reps into 10 reps
Set2: 9kg 10 reps into 10 reps
Set 3: 10kg 10 reps into 10 reps

24s with EZ bar
Set 1: 10kg x 24 reps
Set2 10kg x 30 reps
Set 3: 10kg x 30 reps

Reverse grip tricep cable curls with v grip attachment into bicep curl
Set 1: 15kg x 15 into 25kg x 15 reps
Set 2: 15kg x 15 into 25kg x 15 reps
