Received a shipment from bulk nutrients today of taurine, L-glutamine and grass fed protein powder, if you’re in Aus and looking at saving money on buying bulk supplements can’t recommend this company enough, great prices and quality is amazing 👌

Yeah bro agree, I always went with the whey protein isolate but switched to grass fed as been hearing a lot of good things about it, had a try today seems to be much cleaner 👌
Offftt jealous unfortunately my stomach inst enhanced and doesn't like the lactose in most protein powders isoslates I can handle

Can definitely vouch for Bulk Nutrients. I've been using their stuff for about 6 years now. Quality ingredients without the gimmicky marketing and no harmfu additives or proprietary blends.
 
Short session today because of childcare commitments, going to try getting up earlier in the mornings, past 3 weeks have been tough body feels real beat up I’m thinking of cutting back dosages in the next few weeks and going into a health phase

Incline DB press
Set 1: 20kg x 10
Set 2: 32kg x 10
Set 3: 42kg x 8

Supermans:
Set 1: 10kg x 10

Front grip plate raise into reverse tricep grip plate raise:
Set 1: 20kg 10 into 10 reps

Legs press calf raises;
Set 1: 200kg x 25
Set 2: 200kg x 25
Set 3: 200kg x 25

Thanks brother I feel like it gets difficult at times, the boys are growing up and they need me more as they get older so I am definitely feeling the increased responsibility and having to cut some workouts short, it’s a work in progress brother appreciate the kind words 🙏
 
Hello EVO FAM, I hope we are all feeling strong mentally and physically and smashing all our goals 🫡 Todays training was good, it’s been about 2-3 weeks now iv been feeling burnt out and tired, not getting the volume that iv been wanting but todays training was a breakthrough. The increased dosage are starting to kick in and today I really felt the DECA shine 🙌

Wife called me when I was almost done training today saying that herself and the 2 boys are really sick, they went to playgroup this morning and within hours everyone is unwell… I can’t believe how quick kids make other kids sick and parents sick 😂 and it’s always play group that does it 😭 so I’m hoping I don’t get sick but if I do will have to go into a health phase… just when the increased dosages are starting to shine too fingers crossed I can stay well 🤞

Todays training:

Deadlift:
Set 1: 60kg x 10
Set 2: 100kg x 10
Set 3: 130kg x 6
Set 4: 100kg x 15

Lat pull down:
Set 1: 60kg x 15
Set 2: 80kg x 15
Set 3: 100kg x 10
Set 4: 100kg x 10

Pull ups
Set 1: 10 reps
Set 2: 10 reps
Set 3: 10 reps
Set 4: 15 reps

Bicep curls into Hammer curls:
Set 1: 8kg x 10 into 8kg x 10 reps
Set 2: 10kg x 10 into 10kg x 10 reps
Set 3: 10kg x 12 into 10kg x 13
Set 4: 10kg x 10 into 10kg x 10 reps

24s with EZ bar
Set 1: 10kg x 24 reps
Set 2: 10kg x 24 reps

Seated preacher curls with EZ bar
Set 1: 35kg x 10
Set 2: 35kg x 10
Set 3: 35kg x 10
Set 4: 35kg x 9.5 😂

Last set of preacher curls I got a half rep on the last one (rep 10 set 4) gave it everything I got, got about 60 percent of the way through the lift, body went red tried for at least 20 secs and gave it everything I had to get it done but wasn’t happening- arms gave out 😂 failure was achieved.🙌

Rest day is tommorow I’m really hoping that this breakthrough continues and I’m able to get this sort of volume moving forward
