@Eddie Haskell so i have upped omega 3 to 6 tablets daily since starting this log ( all up EPA 2400 and DHA 1200 )
Is that enough brother or do you recommend adding more?
Yeah right, I’ll give it a crack but at those dosages it becomes expensive, the fish oil I’m using isn’t cheap I pay $75 for 240 tablets.I mean you will benefit from any amount however 10-20g is what is used in medicine for HDL issues and insulin resistance so if you can manage 10g of total EPA and DHA more health benefits

Today was push day, sleep last night was pretty terrible slept for about 6 hours waking up multiple times.
Breakfast today was 4 fried eggs sunny side up w/ 150 grams sweet potato
Training:
Bench press:
Set 1: 40kg x 20
Set 2: 100kg x 10
Set 3: 100kg x 8
Set 4: 60kg x 20
Bodyweight dips:
Set 1: 6 reps
Set 2: 10 reps
Set 3: 10 reps
Set 4: 15 reps
Tricep push down:
Set 1: 25kg x 10
Set 2: 40kg x 8
Set 3: 40kg x 8
Set 4: 40kg x 8
Upright rows:
Set 1: 20kg x 8
Set 2: 20kg x 8
Set 3: 20kg x 8
Set 4: 20kg x 8
Did not have the energy today to do the other half of my routine, my mind wanted to go harder but energy was low so done the best I could
