I mean you will benefit from any amount however 10-20g is what is used in medicine for HDL issues and insulin resistance so if you can manage 10g of total EPA and DHA more health benefits
@Eddie Haskell so i have upped omega 3 to 6 tablets daily since starting this log ( all up EPA 2400 and DHA 1200 )

Is that enough brother or do you recommend adding more?

Yeah right, I’ll give it a crack but at those dosages it becomes expensive, the fish oil I’m using isn’t cheap I pay $75 for 240 tablets.

I’m all for the health benefits of it though so I’ll just bite the bullet up the dosages of the omega 3. Thanks boys 🙏

Honestly just grab some reputable omegas from overseas all that matters is EPA DHA, cost and the freshness
 
This is the fish oil I use its 31 usd for 180 tablets if your looking to switch it up, not sure how this one compares to the one u currently take but this could be an option.

Today was push day, sleep last night was pretty terrible slept for about 6 hours waking up multiple times.



Breakfast today was 4 fried eggs sunny side up w/ 150 grams sweet potato

Training:


Bench press:


Set 1: 40kg x 20

Set 2: 100kg x 10

Set 3: 100kg x 8

Set 4: 60kg x 20



Bodyweight dips:

Set 1: 6 reps

Set 2: 10 reps

Set 3: 10 reps

Set 4: 15 reps



Tricep push down:

Set 1: 25kg x 10

Set 2: 40kg x 8

Set 3: 40kg x 8

Set 4: 40kg x 8



Upright rows:

Set 1: 20kg x 8

Set 2: 20kg x 8

Set 3: 20kg x 8

Set 4: 20kg x 8



Did not have the energy today to do the other half of my routine, my mind wanted to go harder but energy was low so done the best I could

Set 1: 70kg x 10

Set 2: 120kg x 8

Set 3: 120kg x 8

Set 4: 120kg x 8



Pull down

Set 1: 70kg x 8

Set 2:70kg x 8

Set 3 70kg x 8

Set 4: 70kg x 8



Weighted back squat:

Set 1: 100kg x 8

Set 2: 100kg x 8

Set 3: 100kg x 8



Bicep curl into hammer curl

Set 1: 10kg 8 into 8 reps

Set 2: 10kg 8 into 8 reps

Set 3: 10kg 8 into 8 reps



24s with ez curl bar

3 sets x 10kg



Seated preacher curls w/ ez curl bar

3 sets x 15kg
