Hello Evo friends!

I've not been here long however I'm quite drawn to the positive and helpful vibe this forum's members bring. I love coming to Evo forums. :)

I thought I'd make a thread to see if people would be interested in reading about my 12 week Test/Tren E cycle that started 10 days ago. I was having trouble finding if other members have posted logs before so not sure if it's against the rules.

Would anyone be interested and is it allowed?

Are you using just test/tren by itself?

A test/tren cycle needs 3 main support supplements:
1. An AI like aromasin to keep estrogen in the low-normal range
2. An anti-prolactin drug like cabergoline to keep prolactin in the low-normal range
3. Cardarine to increase fat loss, endurance and prevent tren related side effects like tren cough

Cardarine isn't talked about much as a support for a cycle with tren but it is fantastic for preventing tren related side effects. Tren is notorious for negatively impacting endurance and causing insulin resistance. Cardarine helps prevent that immensely.

This is how I would run a test/tren cycle:
Weeks 1 - 12
Testosterone e 500mg/week OR Test prop 100-150mg EOD
Tren e 300mg/week OR tren ace 50-75mg EOD
aromasin 10mg EOD
cabergoline 0.25mg EOD
cardarine 20mg/day

Logs are great man. They not only help other members that are interested but they are great for the user to keep on track and motivated. Start off with your stats, training routine, diet, and what your goals are for the cycle. I am very interested to follow along.
 
Okay awesome no worries. Just a quick post for now to update how I've been feeling so far. FYI I started pinning Tren E at day 7/start of week 2.

Day 13 - Have noticed slight increase in aggression and also starting to wake up at night for no reason at all. Guess the Tren is legit then? Nothing too radical in the way of physical changes yet but definitely the mental and the libido is up and firing.

I'll post my cycle plan when I get home from work in an hour or two.

I'm already starting to get some looks and questions so I think this gear is dosed well considering both compounds i'm running are Enanthate ester.
 
Alrighty so just a quick rundown on where I'm at.

I'm 5'11 in height and was about 87KG @ ~17% body fat when I started. I'm now 90KG @ roughly the same body fat percentage although I do look a bit more toned 13 days in.

My goal is to lose a bit of body fat while putting on LBM steadily. I don't want to be single digits, nor do I want to be holding water weight. So I chose to do this cycle accordingly.

This will be my 3rd cycle.

First cycle - 10 week tapered pyramid style test c maxing at 300mg/week in week 5/6. Took no AI, bloated up like a puffer fish and lost most gains due to no PCT.
Second cycle - 12 weeks test prop from bladder @ 400mg/week. first gyno symptoms i'd experienced during this cycle again due to lack of AI. Lost almost all gains from this cycle due to no PCT.

As you can see I've made some mistakes in my past. I'm prepared and able to do this cycle properly this time.

So, the cycle.
Compounds:
- Testosterone Enanthate @ 400MG/week for 12 weeks
- Trenbolone Enanthate @ 400MG/week for 10 weeks (starting week 2)

Ancillaries:
- Aromasin @ 10mg EOD
- Caber @ 0.25mg EOD

Other:
- Cardarine @ 20mg ED

I have my AI's and Cardarine on hand this time :)

My diet is based closely on the following (I work out first thing in the morning):

Diet:
Pre-workout: Two pieces of Burgen bread toast with peanut butter.
Post-workout: 40G WPC with 50G Maltodextrin
Breakfast: 1 cup oats/porridge + half handful blueberries. 2 whole eggs + 4 whites
Snack: WPC shake + peanut butter sandwich (Burgen bread)
Lunch: Sweet potato or basmati rice, chicken or fish or kangaroo, broccoli
Snack: Tuna can + handful cashews and almonds
Dinner: Sweet potato or basmati rice, chicken or fish or kangaroo, broccoli
Snack: 1 cup light cottage cheese

I'm not 100% sure on the macros of the above however I am listening to my body and I'm making good progress with this diet so I'm confident not much needs changing.

Training:
Monday: Shoulders/Tris
Tuesday: Legs (calves included)
Wednesday: Back/Bis
Thursday: Chest/Tris
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Any lagging body parts
Sunday: Rest

Yeah, tren messes up your sleep bigtime.

Oath. I just find myself randomly waking up by the movement of me tossing and turning. Then once my eyes open they seem to want to stay open... Then I get mad haha.

Day 14
Felt stronger in the gym this morning. Did delts and tris. I'm trying to be mindful about how heavy I go as I only had a shoulder reconstruction done early this year. So far so good.
Appetite is still big enough to get enough meals in.
Since I started my test 1 week earlier than the tren, I feel as though I'm only starting to feel the test kick in so far. Tren sides seem to be creeping in though.

Will rest tomorrow and update sometime on the weekend.
 
Day 16

So yesterday I was supposed to rest but didn't. I was feeling rested and eager and none of my muscles were sore (despite working out hard Thursday) so I went for it and did chest and bis. Strength has gone up and appetite is still in check. Might have noticed a slight decrease in libido (ED not a problem though). If it gets worse i'll supplement with Caber soon.

Slept like shit last night. Tossing and turning. Finding it harder to breathe despite supplementing with Cardarine 20mg/day. Not too bad but noticeable. Resting all weekend and will train from Monday onwards.

Starting to see some physical changes - muscles tighter and slight vascularity increase.

Day 19

Okay so it's Monday in Aus today and so I pinned and had my usual workout before work. It was far from usual though. My strength is up a lot and it's only 2.5 weeks in so far. I feel as strong as I used to be on previous cycles already.

Good:
- Strength and endurance has skyrocketed.
- Vascularity and fullness of muscles has increased even more.
- Hunger is still the same.

Bad:
- Aggression slightly increased (uncharacteristic of me)
- Sleep is always interrupted.
- Slightly hotter at times, more noticeable at night time.

Overall I'm managing the sides just fine so far. I can't see it getting much worse than it already is, but just need to work on getting proper sleep otherwise things could get a tad dicey.

Quite a few comments from when I was at the beach yesterday, and looks in the gym and GF is commenting on how big I'm getting ;) Oh and libido has gone up slightly, but not the same as just being on 500mg test/week.

Might post a progress picture next week sometime.

It's been a while since my last update so I thought I'd jump on and let people know where things are at.

My training has been very consistent and my diet has been 90% good so far. I'm trying to cut back on calories while still hitting my protein goals each day and it is working well so far. Aggression has slightly tapered down to a more comfortable level now, but my growth continues. Breathing is still hard on tren, but I'm doing a bit of cardio a few days a week which seems to be helping. Looking back at my body when I started, I probably should have dieted down far more before starting, but I've always been one to be a bit hasty so I'll have to deal with it.

Here are some progress pictures to gauge how I've been going.

So things are happening at a nice rate in my opinion. I'll keep the diet going the way it has been and keep the cardio up for now and reassess in 2 weeks if required.

Nice updates. Glad to hear the sides are manageable. The sleep thing is always tough on tren. It hits some people a lot worse than others. Just keep working away man. If you get that other 10% dialed in with the diet the real results will show.

I love the fact you are taking progress photos. Pictures don't lie. The scale can be deceiving because you can be gaining muscle and loosing fat at the same time which will show no net scale weight change. At the end of the day, how you look is what matters anyways.

Nice work. Keep it going buddy. I can see noticeable changes from day 20 to day 29
