Approved Log Back in Action - Testosterone Cardarine Cutting Cycle Log

Okay, I'm back.

I've had a few people reach out to me today to inquire about what happened, as I dropped off the page for a while.
Here is a mini life story that I've been encouraged to share.

A few months back, I started a cycle but had to stop about two weeks in. I was challenged by some colleagues at my office, who had been drinking all day, to a race (14 all up). I wasn't going to let the young ones get the best of me, so sober me decided I'd give them a run. I did, I came 2nd, but it caused major damage to my hamstring. Subsequently, I developed a back issue that hindered my ability to walk properly for three weeks. Fun times. I stopped the cycle, and well, here I am.

Last year was quite challenging, marked by the worst depression I've ever experienced. I also finally admitted to having a binge drinking issue, which unfortunately led to the end of my relationship with my partner, with whom I share a 4-year-old. To cap it off, I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 40. So, it's been a pretty rough time over the last four or so months. I've just started AA this week to help keep me on track.

But I'm back now, and I have the guidance of @Gear Panda , one of the approved coaches here. We started this week, and I'm already feeling better with someone on my side, helping me get through things and answering my questions, even the stupid ones.

So, it's round 2, and this time I will definitely complete it.

Here's what's happening and where I'm at:
- Weight: 102.6 kgs as of Monday morning
- Height: 183 cm
- Age: 40 years
- The gym scan indicated 26% body fat, but a recent Dexa scan showed it's actually 19%. In my head, I'm still going to eat and train like I'm at 26%.
( I have already booked in my 3 month scan so will have a full breakdown of what the body has done)

We're on a cutting cycle, and I'm already on TRT 200mg Test E, 0.8ml a week.
This cycle includes Cardarine 20mg per day, Test E 200mg twice a week at 0.6ml each, and I'll be introducing HGH next week.

Macros:
- Protein: 229g
- Carbs: 116g
- Fats: 91g
- Total Calories: around 2,160.

Training is three days on, one rest day, then three days on again.
Out of respect for Gear Panda's business, I won't be recording the training, but I'll talk about how I'm improving each week.

Over the next few days, I'll start the log with photos of myself, the Dexa scan, and food posts.

I want to express my gratitude to the people who reached out to check on me. I was new when I started (and still am), so it was nice to feel like people actually care.

bros make sure you're getting some pictures of the food

you've dealt with adversity
that's part of life so much respect

the people you work with sound like a bunch of losers
I would stay as far away from them as possible they're going to ruin your life

treat work just as a business
don't make it into a social event where you actually hang out with the people is my advice

Weekly check-in:

Today's weigh-in: 102.6kg, consistent with last week. Not ideal for cutting, but my week wasn't the most productive either.

Three days followed my planned diet and macros, but unplanned events disrupted the rest. Making changes: now cooking twice a week, with four days' worth of meals prepared.

Workouts (not recording all details out of respect for Gear Panda): repeated day one's routine, feeling stronger, increased weights by 2.5Kgs; will continue to raise weights when possible.

Included images of daily food intake.

Started HGH tonight, 2iu daily.

Reduced daily calories by almost 200, now at 2,000.

Certainly! Here's a cleaned-up version of your text:

**Breakfast:**
Oats and 3 eggs with half a cup of mushrooms and 1 cup of spinach (not a fan of mushrooms).

**Lunch (no picture of greens):**
Chicken and 2 cups of greens. Typically, I stick to 1 cup of broccoli, 1 cup of green beans, and half a large cucumber.

**Dinner:**
Chicken, 1 cup of broccoli, and 1 medium sweet potato.

**Snacks:**
1 cup of Greek yogurt (not a fan of the taste) and half a cup of berries. I use frozen berries and let them defrost overnight.

**Water intake:**
Consistently at a minimum of 3 liters, sometimes reaching around 3.5 liters.

Aiming for 15,000 steps daily, currently hitting 10,000.

Also still no booze and I don't really feel like i need or want it at this stage.

Dexa Scan Update:

Referencing one of my previous posts, the gym's body fat scales indicated a reading of 26% BF some time ago.

Recently, I opted for a Dexa scan to obtain a more accurate measurement of my body fat and establish a solid baseline for the next 3 months. I've already scheduled my next scan, providing a target date to strive for.

The results came back at 18.9%, a significant difference from the initial 26%. But as many have said and iv now seen. Those gym ones are pretty terrible. There's still work to be done, I'm aiming to achieve a body fat percentage in the low teens.

Bloods has been done too and waiting for the results on these (will share tomorrow )
