Quick question for the HGH people. In the last 3 weeks or so iv felt my feet are much larger in my shoes to the point that I feel like I need to go up a shoe size. They don't look swollen though. And the last 2 weeks the tips of my toes on my right foot are in so much pain.
I haven't hit them or anything and wondering if the HGH might be an issue here.
Iv been pushing through a lot of pain in the past few weeks but starting to get to a point where its too much pain.

Suggest coming off HGH and see what happens?

@FlexyMcFlexFace thats swelling water retention, it normal, I suggest you come off HGH right now for 2-3 weeks. Also please take pictures of feet so we can see what kind of swelling you're talking about.

Wow, what past 4 weeks it been.

Had 4 hours to pack for a 4 week trip for work which resulted in me taking over 20 flights so things got a bit crazy.
Diet and training went out the door BUT still managed to train on average 3 times a week and diet I kept as good as I could.

I was even able to buy Test while I was in China and the other parts of the world were able to keep up to a certain amount of PEDS.
I’m back now and back to training again today full time and back to proper food.
You have no idea how good a fresh salad tastes. (never thought id say that) and a big steak. China, Vietnam, and Lao don’t have great protein.

I'll update images later on.

Yep went to japan for the month in December. I feel like I lived in airports.
And airport food is crap but better than some of the village food I saw with flys all over it.

I've lost weight around the belly, going down from a size 36 to 34, but experienced some top tummy bloating from roughly 38 hours of flights and eating airport food.

After a workout and weigh-in (with shoes), I'm not upset at 103 kgs given all the travel I've had. It's not where I had planned to be, but it's better than I thought.

I was participating in the 8-week gym challenge, which would be hard towin now as a contestant with only 2 weeks left, but I'll do my best to lose as much as I can anyway.

My goal is to get under the 100 kg range and eliminate the bloat.

I've reduced my Test dosage and returned to my TRT dosages. I'll maintain that for a few months before considering the next steps.

Now, regarding diet, I know I'll probably get criticized for this. I've decided to go back on the carnivore diet for a bit. Whenever I've done it in the past, the inflammation in my knees reduces significantly which is something im dealing with pretty badly at the moment. In the past, this change has cleared it up pretty fast, and I've felt amazing. I won't stay on it for a long time, though.
