Still training and working with a Coach now.
ONly on 250mg Test a week and trying to cut the BF down.
Down 11kgs from the start of the year a few more weeks (maybe 4) and we will start a proper cycle.
Have been dealing with a fair bit of late with myself and work so no real time to keep updating stuff but def still training.

@FlexyMcFlexFace you have made changes clearly amazing responseIt's been a while since I've updated my log, and a few people have reached out to check in on me.
I've been focused on losing weight and it's been a bit of a revelation. I didn't realize just how much fat I was carrying until now. It's honestly blown my mind. I know not everyone will understand, but I've been carrying this weight for so long that I don't remember what it feels like to be leaner.
I started the year at 104kg, and as of today, I'm down to 88.5kg—a 15kg loss. It feels crazy, but oddly enough, I don't feel much different. I also can't really see the change in the mirror, except when I compare progress photos side by side.
I've been working on dialing in my diet and fine-tuning my workouts. For the past eight weeks, I've been working with a coach, and that's where most of my weight loss has come from.
I'm still on a TRT dosage, but we're gearing up for a cycle starting on September 1st. I'm looking forward to it—a 3-month cycle with Test and Deca, finishing with Mast.
All of my gear will be from @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals as well.

TRT levels are only at 150mg a week. Nothing else to support it at the moment. Will be adding in some BPC 157 for gut health and some niggly body issues.
Food can always be better but to give you a run down I try my best to stick to the plan
Meal 1. Lean Mince, Avocado, Aspargus, Sauerkraut.
Meals 2. Chicken breast, Avo, Green Vegatbales, Sauerkraut
Meal 3. After working out a protein shake
Meal 4 hcken breast, Rice, Green Vegatbales, Sauerkraut
Meals 5. Salmon, Sweet Potato, Green Vegablets
Pre bed. Bannan
Meals have always been my issue. Timing, Amount, cooking. Work really does screw me with trying to find time to eat when I'm meant to but I just do what I can. But 100% needs to be my focus point if I want to get the results I want from cycle.

Just didn't know I actually had that much fat to lose. I still have a lot to learn as I though it was only 3 or 4kgs.
So pretty shocked.
Yeah new training will come up soon. Been doing lots of HITT so havtn been recording it as its just up on the screen when I arrive.
