back pumps prohormones

I'm running a prohormone cycle from a trusted brand, the stuff is working awesome I'm getting thicker and stronger, but now I have bad "back pumps" when I do cardio or train in the gym for a long time. I have had dianabol back pumps before and know them well. Even trenbolone back pumps were hard to deal with, but these prohormones back stiffness is something on a different degree.

What do you guys suggest I do about these back stiffness and erector muscle spasms. The steroid back pumps are really messing up my training big time.
 
Here are some tips for reducing muscle cramps:

1. Make sure you are drinking enough water through out the day. 5-6L per day minimum. Remember that stimulants (coffee) and alcohol are diuretics and don't count towards your total.

2. Make sure you are taking in enough electrolytes (think sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium)

3. Supplement with 2-5g of taurine per day. Ideally you would put it in the water you drink during your workouts and sip on it through out your workout

4. Often neglected and over looked, make sure you are stretching after each workout and try to incorporate foam rolling a few times per week into your program to help remove lactic acid from tight muscles.

Unrelated to your question - make sure you are using a liver aid when running pro hormones. I suggest n2guard from n2bm.com at 7 capsules/day.
Pro hormones are some of the most toxic things you can possibly put into your body.

Also, make sure you have a good mini PCT for after your pro-hormone run. I recommend 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

I got em while on a Superdrol clone. Nothing major though just tenderness. I added a taurine supplement to my regiment and it diminished. My two centavos
 
Taurine will help you reduce drastically the intensity of the pumps. Take it at 3 grams per day. Also, potassium, which can be found naturally in bananas, can help alleviate this condition. Moreover, you should increase water intake and supplement yourself with enough calcium.

I always use taurine for this myself
 
Folks, has it ever been proven if back pumps are actually muscle cramps or kidney pain?
ive read its one or the other a few times, but never seen real medical or research data to prove it either way?
