@BanditNOLIMIT you will enjoy the rest man. Your body will thank you.Hit a not-so abrupt wall this week. Tank feels just about empty and had back to back work outs where performance regressed quite significantly. Time for some good rest and recovery. Coach has prescribed 4 days out of the gym. This is day 1. No training, no cardio. Exercise limited to walks between meals to aid in digestion. As much as I love training, I’m happy to have this break. That’s how I know it’s needed.

I appreciate that man. There is and always will be tons of room for growth and improvement. I believe I’ve achieved a fairly good balance throughout my physique and now it’s a matter of growing everywhere. I’ve I were to choose one body part that’d I’d like to improve the most, it’d be my arms.
