Eq 400/week
Aromasin 12.5 eod May reduce depending on levels

Goal to lean out and put on some lean muscle. Thinking 12-16 weeks with the slow gains Eq gives
Will be in a deficit of about 1800-2000cals a day
Protein around 180
Age 33

16% bf( I made some good gains from test only cycle a few months ago, and now want to lean down to get ready for summer
Forgot the training plan.
3 days of full body workouts per work. (Varying which workouts are done in those 3days
6 days with 30 min of low intensity cardio( jog, bike, row, incline walk)
1 pure rest day
