Did Bjj today for the first time in 5 months. So nice to be back. (My first log from Var cycle was where I took a break due to it kinda crippling my endurance, also due to kids sports) probally burned 160-225 cal if I had to guess

Chicken, jalapeño, cheese , brown rice cauli rice blend

Chicken (7oz) salad, organic Italian, 1 egg, couple crispy jalapeños, tomato

I see your numbers but you need to keep the protein numbers much higher. You should drink at least 1 protein shake post-training and eat 1 protein bar to boost the protein by 40 grams.

this is all day food you eat in how long? how many hours?
 
you need protein shakes and fish oil
 
if you can get protein in real food get some powders
