Did Bjj today for the first time in 5 months. So nice to be back. (My first log from Var cycle was where I took a break due to it kinda crippling my endurance, also due to kids sports) probally burned 160-225 cal if I had to guess

Diet:

Egg burrito(plain, 4 eggs, whole wheat f/flax tortilla)
2 hard boiled eggs
Chicken, jalapeño, cheese , brown rice cauli rice blend
Banana
Pear
Chicken (7oz) salad, organic Italian, 1 egg, couple crispy jalapeños, tomato

160 Protein( hard to keep this high with no bars or shakes)
74g fat
144 carbs

I would take a shake or bar bro to get protein up
 
Yesterdays diet (day 10)

Yesterday I did 1 hour of open mat. I felt good at the time but just felt terrible the rest of the day. Did some R&R. Think it was just to much aromasin as someone stated at the beginning, so going to cut back on that to 6.25 eod till I get bloods to hopefully dial in a bit better. Today I felt good though
