Basic question: where to start with AAS

Hello, I'm a first time user. Skinny around 140 and I'm looking for a product to gain muscle mass, I just don't know where to begin. Please help with any recommendations so I can get started soon, I have taken weight gainers and protein powder but they worked to certain point, I'm 26 years old, and I need to put up some mass, all my friends look way bigger than me and it's kind of embarrassing thank you.
 
Ill give you the same advice many people gave me.
1-12 wk Test E cycle run with an AI
Followed by the "Perfect PCT". This is all over the forum or google it. Do lots of home work and make sure you have all gear before you start! This way if something happens that stops you from finishing your cycle, you can start the PCT. Good luck.
 
If you are only 140 pounds, I would personally wait until you have built a better base naturally before starting your cycle but if you decide to start a steroid cycle, that is your decision. Remember that steroids are a tool. The longer you wait to do your first cycle, the more you will get out of it.

A simple testosterone cycle of 10-12 weeks at 400-500mg/week is your best option for a first cycle. Being new to steroids, your body will hyper respond and you don't need a very aggressive cycle. It's very similar to an 18 year old having their first drink. A single drink really hits them because they have never drank before. However, a more experienced drinker would need much more alcohol to get the same effect.

Here's what I recommend:

Weeks 1 - 10
testosterone e or cyp 500mg/week (inject 250mg twice per week)
aromasin 12.5mg every other day <- very important to prevent against estrogen related side effects like gyno and water retention.

How's your diet look? If you get that in order, you should make good gains naturally. You have to eat, bud. Don't rely on shakes.
 
There is no way you are eating enough to grow. You really need to track what you are eating and slowly increase until you gain naturally. AAS will do nothing for you if you are not eating enough. Gotta get that fixed first.

It takes years to build up a good natural base properly.

you won't grow on shakes sorry. 99% of the guys who drink shakes and complain they can't gain weight are in the same boat. they simply do not know how to eat.

you want to gain mass? eat more REAL FOOD

real food = food for men. not kiddie food

poptarts, weight gainers, protein powder, cereal, ice cream, milk, oatmeal that is kiddie food. my 10 year old nephew eats all that crap. you want to look like a 10 year old then yeah stick to that diet

you want to look like a man? eat Man food. turkey, fish, chicken, grassfed beef, eggs, sweet potatoes, rice, veggies, some fruit. you are wasting money hopping on steroids.. until you learn how to eat and build a base you will spin your wheels the same way on steroids

The worst advice someone can give you is steroids.

140lbs and struggling to gain mass. Question is - do you eat?

Try eating 5 solid meals a day for few weeks straight. Weight is not moving? Then up it to 6 solid meals. Continue for few weeks. Still not moving? Increase portions. Rest more.

Steroids should never be used as a crutch for the mistakes in the fundamentals of bodybuilding.
