Basic suppliments to take on cycle

Obviously an AI and Caber (if your on a 19-nor aas) is required but im looking for go-to legal non drug class suppliments that are a great idea to run while on.

Like what vitamins, enzymes, minerals are yall taking?

Just a quick share and why for discussion sake...

I would say N2Guard for sure.
Besides that obviously basic health supplements such as multivitamin and a source of omega 3 fats like fish oil/krill oil for instance. If you are interested in trying krill oil our sponsor Need to Build Muscle sells that. I've been taking it and it's definitely Fella Approved lol.
 
I 2nd what fella said(i dont use sponsor brand tho) but I also use a D3 supp and vit b12 injection. Gonna add glutathione to that list after this b12 gone. Lastly, use a kidney/liver blend occasionally.
 
Oh and one more thing I'd like to add to that list is N2Slin which is a so called glucose disposal agent.
So basically what it does is it acts as an insulin mimicker and helps your body to utilize the carbs you consume more effectively by shuttling them right into your muscle away from fat storages.
Great products if you like carbs.

What about vitamin E? I read that helps with anti clotting. Potassium as well is a must from what ive read

If you follow at least a somewhat diverse diet I don't think supplementing on vitamin E is necessary.

It's been asked a number of times.
 
n2guard and n2generate are my staples on cycle

electrolytes are something we should be getting a lot of especially living in a hot climate where we sweat just walking to their mailbox. you can accomplish that from investing in melon all summer while they are in season.
 
heres what i take

dga organ st

dandelion root

horny goat weed

coq10

flax seed oil

fish oil

fiber/colon cleanse

wheat grass supplement
 
I take very little supplements. Fish oil only for the most part and that's not all the time. My diet doesnt really require extra supplementation
 
Fish oil as mentioned are good CoQ-10. I also like to keep Glucosamine and tumeric in the mix as my joint are old and beat up and the strength gains on cycle do them no favors.
