Remember back when you could call up a place and find out where your stuff was?
I don't remember any time online AAS sources gave out a 1-800 phone number and took calls like this.
When was that? what online AAS sources could you call on the phone?
Well with basicstero you cannot call anyone. They have literally no 1-800 number to contact them
Please list for me the top 3 most popular online AAS source's that have a 1-800 number.
I don't know of any that do this, ever.

The "Contact Us" page on the Basicstero site is the direct and most efficient way to communicate with the source's customer-service (the personnel that has access to account and order details -- this source only allows very specific personell access to private customer data which is good and for your privacy/safety).
