I’ve been waiting for a month now. I originally placed my order on February 19th. When nothing had arrived by February 28th, I reached out to BBL to check on the status. He told me it should have already arrived, apologized for the issue, and admitted he couldn’t even find tracking for that order. To be safe, he said he would reship it. I appreciated the quick resolution and was happy with the response.
On March 5th, the package finally arrived, but a few vials were missing (though there were some freebies included). I contacted BBL again, and he assured me that the missing vials would be shipped the next day. Again, I was satisfied with the service despite the delays.
By March 15th, I still hadn’t received anything, so I reached out once more to confirm whether the missing items had actually been shipped. He said he was looking for the tracking number, then later told me he was resending it on Monday (March 17th) because he had no idea what had happened. He also promised to send me the tracking number so I could pass it along to the person placing the order.
Since Monday, I haven’t received any response, nor has the package arrived. Since the beginning of all of this I haven’t made any further orders with BBL as at this point it’s beyond a joke.

I’m also waiting on a nearly $2k order from 26th Feb.
When I ordered I asked whether he actually had the stock on hand & he assured me he did and said he could ship express.
Two weeks later with nothing arrived, he posted an updated price list which states hgh was out of stock. I contacted him again and he stated he still had heaps & was “swimming in it” but refused to provide tracking unless it was after 7 days, when it had already been 14.
Now two weeks later, still waiting.

He'll come back with another round of excuses as to why it's happened and chuck in some freebies for the guys at the end and everything's hunky dory again.

Im suspecting the QSC (major chinese HGH vendor) closed up shop mid January, BBL distributed the last remaining GH kits from them and was contiuing to take orders with no stock on hand and no plans to get any additional stock in the future obviously because their source has shut down
Thats the initial reason I came to these guys, but reality is no one in AU will be selling GH for $170 a kit now that the 2 biggest GH suppliers in china have closed. So many red flags here shouldve been more cautious

It is so easy to get hgh kits from china in bulk, and quality decent , yes some went down , but there are a lot more wholesalers out there
