Triceps Pushdown: 90 x 10,10,10
One Arm Triceps Push Down: 45 x 10,10,10
Do triceps the day before. Works for me
 
Yesterday: Beer league hockey, only did arms after I got back home

Preacher Curls: 85 x 10,10,10
EZ Bar Curls: 110 x 10,10,10
Hammer Cursl: 65 x 10,10,10

Dinner was Pizza and more beer
