Oh man, haven't posted in a while.
Fell over on my board in March, landed really awkwardly on my raised arm and tore my rotator cuff in my right shoulder. Couldn't lift anything at all for a while and after a few months of physio I'm starting to get back to it slowly. My shoulder still makes a clicking sound when lifting to the front, but it's much better.
Since I couldn't lift a lot I started biking. Got a magnetic trainer for my gravel bike, rigged up the TV downstairs and just churned miles while watching "How I met your mother" reruns. Doing about 20 miles each day. Down 10 lbs to 183 lbs now, while maintaining most of my "muscle".
