First month done. 2 more to go. Looking at the photos, seems like I lost some fat, and I've gained a a little at my shoulders, back and arms. Not so much difference in my chest though. Any suggestion how to make that grow?

Chest I have seen guys get the most progress with
Chest dips
DB bench press (flat + low incline)
Pullovers

@beavertails first month done? you look good and some progress but you can push harder with the cardio

your abs coming in, chest wider and shoulders wider, keep pushing it you're looking great
get us your diet training and meals as you've been doing progress on DOT
