I'm new to this forum.
I'm 44 years old, been on trt for about 4 months at 200 mg test cyp per week and have seen some nice increase in muscle but also gained some fat (been eating at least 3500 cals per day with min 300 grams protein). I weigh about 180 lbs and 5'11".
I just got some napsgear and starting a cycle of 500 mg test cyp per week and 100 mg Anavar per day (50 morning and 50 evening). Will do this for about 8 weeks and then go back to trt 200 mg test cyp per week.
Trying to cut fat and maintain my muscle. I workout every day on a 4 day split (chest, back, shoulders, legs) and do at least 30 minutes of cardio (running). Calories will be 2500 with at least 250 grams of protein.
