Been on TRT now starting first Blast cycle Test and Anavar

I'm new to this forum.

I'm 44 years old, been on trt for about 4 months at 200 mg test cyp per week and have seen some nice increase in muscle but also gained some fat (been eating at least 3500 cals per day with min 300 grams protein). I weigh about 180 lbs and 5'11".

I just got some napsgear and starting a cycle of 500 mg test cyp per week and 100 mg Anavar per day (50 morning and 50 evening). Will do this for about 8 weeks and then go back to trt 200 mg test cyp per week.

Trying to cut fat and maintain my muscle. I workout every day on a 4 day split (chest, back, shoulders, legs) and do at least 30 minutes of cardio (running). Calories will be 2500 with at least 250 grams of protein.
 
An AI shouldn't be needed if it's doc prescribed.

Eat better. TRT doesn't add fat. And throwing more steroids at it wont fix a poor diet
 
thats double the amount of anavar you need... 100 mg is literally an absurd dose and using any oral steroid aside from proviron over 6 weeks is a bad idea...

Thank you. As I said above I have been on TRT for the last 4 months and eating at a calorie surplus (bulk) and I have made some nice muscle/strength gains. Now I will be cutting my calories from 3500 to 2500 per day in order to lose fat (cut). I am also increasing the test to 500 mg per week and adding Anavar at 100 mg per day for an 8 week cycle. I want to see if I can continue to get stronger while cutting.
 
Can you elaborate on what bad things will happen to me if I take 100mg Anavar per day instead of 50?

HEAVY amounts of toxicity, far too much strain on all your internal organs, most specifically liver, kidneys, and especially on your blood pressure.. significant impact on your cholesterol... its just insanely stupid and will do NOTHING but harm you.. its not like you are going to get some huge difference in what you get from it gains wise but you certainly will get all the side effects amplified.. 50 mg is the MAX you need of quality anavar...

Thank you for the information. What you are saying is different than what I have read elsewhere. For instance, this article says "The recommended dose for men is 50-100mg per day." And the description of Anavar on the napsgear.org website says "Even though it is a C-17 oral, it still has minimal effect on liver values even at higher doses."
 
you can run blood work to see the liver toxicity. its a great idea to use n2guard with it

Thanks, I think I will reduce the dose to 50mg per day based on Dylan's suggestion. I knew that 100mg was a high dose, but didn't realize it was too much because I have read many other forums where people have taken that much. But I've also seen countless examples of people taking orals for more than 6 weeks, so perhaps Dylan is a bit on the cautious side.

I am taking Milk Thistle and another liver supplement as well as glucosamine chondroitin, taurine, a multivitamin, and DIM.

Go ahead and run it how u want and find out for yourself. Just understand, ive been doing this over a decade and have worked with thousands of people so i think by now ive seen enough bloodwork and coached enough people but you do whatever u like. Naps is a good store but taking advice off a site selling it is well… ill leave that alone

You also dont have countless people being honest nor telling u how that affects them long term whatsoever but i dont lose sleep over it either way… i just try to prevent people from learning the hard way

I appreciate your help. I will take your advice and lower the Anavar dose to 50 mg. I think it is wise to be cautious.

50mgs of anavar is fine @Whateverward but what happened to your LOG? I dont see it and you're cycling.

@Whateverward here is what we need, we need a NEW thread posted with your log journal.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I will also jump in and say less is more. I run cycles and logs on evo myself, I thought I was ready for higher concentrations of gear ( thought it would be easier using less oil to pin) well my entire cycle has gone very poorly and I've had major setbacks. I now have to start all the way over and completely redo my entire cycle and adjust everything.

Main points I'm making is less is more and don't bite off more than you can chew and put yourself in a bad situation like I did, im coming to you with first hand personal experience.

First cycle I did was low mg lower concentration gear it went flawless, I tried to step it up and my body rejected that idea, it's fine testing the limits and pushing, within reason.

I will put this into perspective you would be doing 700mg a week of an oral that is fucking nuts man, think about what that is doing for the inside of the body and the vital organs.

There is a reason you only run them 6 weeks maybe 8 weeks at the maximum is as far as I'd push an oral if I could tolerate it, I definitely would not exceed 50mg a day either, pointless and the law of diminishing returns comes into effect.

I'm trying to step on stage one day myself with my goals and even I won't compromise and do something super risky, can't compete if I'm not alive or screw myself up.

If you are newer with all this take it slow and enjoy the ride and never trust what u read on a site trying to sell u something.

Good thing u came on here and posted so we can offer assistance and our personal experiences and really try to help u be setup for success.

Bro how the fuck do you eat 300 grams of protein I salute you like fr tho what's your diet like protein wise could use some tips struggle my ass off eating 200 grams of protein
