Hello to everyone on Evo. First post so bear with me. I apologize if I’m missing any info needed to help me. Looking to get a little insight on starting my first cycle plus a little bit on my current cut diet.

I’m 28 years old, 6’5” 270lbs. My goal is 240lbs. I’m not sure on the body fat percentage. I just ordered the tool on Amazon. I’ve been working out for a little over 6 months now. I used to workout for a few years straight during Highschool. It’s been about 8 years since I’ve worked out though and I didn’t take it serious like I do now. I originally started at 310lbs. I lost all that weight with just eating clean. I was probably eating about 2500-3000 calories a day (wasn’t really counting just made sure I ate good foods) I tried doing a cut diet in the beginning while also trying to put on strength/muscle which I found out wasn’t the best idea. So that’s why I just ate cleaner but increased the calories.

My current PRs are 300 on bench (smith) for 2-3 reps. Yeah yeah all of you can laugh but I currently workout at planet fitness it’s all they got. I plan on changing gyms soon. I max out the leg press at 887 for my whole set (5 sets of 8 reps). I haven’t tried dead lifting yet.

My new diet for the past week, now that I am satisfied with my current strength, is
1600 calories
40 grams of fat
115 grams of carbs
180 grams of protein.

I also take hemp seed oil 1000mg 3 times a day. A multivitamin with super greens, mushroom complex, 5 grams of creatine and 50mg of Cbd a day.

Currently feel great. Not feeling weak or drained throughout the day. Feeling slightly more sore post workout. Nothing extreme at all. Switched from high weight sets to lower weight and atleast double the reps.

I want to start a cycle and want to make sure I have a good understanding of what I have been reading.

Cycle:
Using Test E

Weeks 1-2
250mg (125 2x a week) [just wanna see how I react to test]
Aromasin 10mg EOD

Weeks 3-10
400mg (200 2x a week)
Aromasin 10mg EOD

PCT:
Weeks 1-2
HCG or HMG 1500iu [500iu 3x a week] (which ever you guys think is better I still want to have kids)
Clomid 50mg a day
Aromasin 10mg EOD

Weeks 3-6ish
Clomid 25mg a day
Aromasin 5mg EOD

I plan to do a log, get blood work and a fertility test prior to starting and doing blood work throughout and post.

some issues with this, well great to see that you "plan" to do a log but you understand that without a pre-cycle log its hard to know if you actually need to cycle.
Testosterone only is a fine cycle but many issues like diet and training PRE cycle remain.

We can address that in your pre-cycle log, you need to start a NEW thread with your LOG journal for pre cycle, diet training cardio sleep pics in DETAIL so we can guide your cycle from there, not just guess.
To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

At 6'5 and 270 1600 calories is way low it would be like a crash diet almost and that weight could rebound and go back up, putting things into perspective im.5'11 and just to remain at 220lbs I would have to eat 2500 calories a day, I am currently cutting and eating 2064 calories a day, you could afford at that height and weight to start higher and decrease calories by 500 calories a day and do atleast 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. You risk going catabolic by cutting calories that low out the gate gear can only preserve so much muscle you need to eat properly brother.
 
don't bother starting the testosterone low like that to see how you react to it I mean there are literally a million threads with guys explaining what happens on a testosterone cycle so we know what happens and you're not an alien

Just run it out I correct those

also your pct is not correct

you don't ever run hcg in pct. and you don't need an AI in pct if you were running one on cycle

it's time to get your health in order before you hit 30 years old
doing a log is going to be the best thing you can do we look forward to you starting it
 
you might want to find a better gym that has more free weight options
otherwise you're never going to reach your full potential

you seem like a big guy but you never told us your body fat
seems like you're dropping a lot of weight which is good
 
have you tried fasting at all?
Eating in a deficit might work in the short term but over a long term fasting is the lifestyle you need to do
 
All the boys on here got it right with the other things you mentioned, I'd have to agree with @Noah Wixx that is crazy loe calories... I'm 128lb female and I cut on 1700 atm, that's in a deficit of 500-800 per day!
Appreciate that 😎 yeah I know from experience how taxing it is cutting with just a small deficit after a while, he is gonna burn out fast it will be at shuch a demanding level, if you've never trained that way before, the beginning is not the place for that style .
 
bro, you have only been working out 6 months and want to run a cycle? on top of the fact you CLEARLY have an elevated body fat.. i have no idea where you are getting this kind of misguidance but absolutely not one thing good is going to come from this... you are making a huge and im mean huge mistake and being encouraged by anyone to use any type of ped is just reprehensible.. good luck, you are going to need a lot of it
 
Just put the focus on your diet and lean down. No need to look at steroids as they are not fat burners. Just eat clean whole, single ingredient foods. Not sure exactly what your diet looks like but 1600 calories is going to be way too low. You will likely eat double that and still cut.
 
Noah is right you need to get your calories up that’s way to low for someone your size and get the test to 350 and run it duration of the cycle and you don’t need hcg at all
