Relative beginner here looking for some advice from the forums on next steps:
I ran my first cycle of Test E and Deca over about 14 weeks (titrating dosage in the first and last weeks) from late November of last year (2023) until February of this year (2024) wrapping up with PCT following the PCT guidance here on Evolutionary. I was training through a professional gym with an elite coach, tracking food, weight and body fat carefully and consistently and managed to gain 10kgs of lean muscle mass in that cycle. I started with about 10% body fat, 74kgs was 39 and am 5’11”. I lost about half of my gains consciously for various reasons post-cycle but am happy with the size I’m now easily maintaining as a baseline despite the loss - about 80kgs and likely around 12% body fat. I eat very cleanly and don’t need any help with diet as I’ve been tracking food for years now so can adjust myself for gains when ready but am keen for some advice on next steps. I’ll create a log to track my next cycle here based on everyone’s advice.
I have the gear for a Test E/Tren A cycle; another Test E/Decca cycle; and an Anavar only cycle and am thinking I’d like to run a short, 8 week Anavar cycle now, so I’ve enough time to run PCT and have a break before running another full Test E/Decca or possible Test E/Tren cycle at the end of this year. I’m keen for some advice on: whether an Anavar only cycle now is worth it or whether I’m better off waiting until the end of the year; and whether at the end of the year it’s worth taking a crack at a Test E/Tren A cycle or running another cycle of Test E/Decca.
