Beginner Cycle Assistance.

Hello everyone, I am starting to get a better understanding of the entire gear process and been doing not stop reading and research for awhile now. My main goal is to stay safe and do things right. My overall goal of gear is to increase my strength and endurance. I am a former athlete and want to keep working towards athletic gains, speed, strength and endurance. I have a great knowledge of working out. I am going through the ACE personal training program right now to become a certified personal trainer and would like to open my own gym one day. I am almost 30 years old now and I work out hard and still play alot of sports. My body does not make the gains like it used to and I struggles to recover from intense workouts. I have crohns disease which is currently under control, but dealing with crohns for the past 15 years I have had to educate myself tremendously on nutrition. I would actually like to become a register Dietitian also. I became a member over year ago and realized i did not know anything about anything and was going to get myself hurt if i did not educate myself. Thats my brief history now to my current situation. I am 6'1" 185lbs with roughly 18% BF. I am not looking to gain much weight i would be fine staying between 180-195lbs, i am naturally thin. Big picture i see myself running two light cycles a year i am not looking to get into anything heavy.

So here is my game plan and let me know what you think. I am meeting with my doctor to discuss blood work that my first goal to accomplish. Next my cycle. I wanted to run var only at first but from my research it is a waste of time and money as well as has serious side effects when not run with test. So I am going to run Test E 500mg/EW for 12 weeks, now this where I need help what do I need to take along with it. Do I need an AI any suggestions on a PCT i was thinking about running clomid at 100/100/50/50 and nolva at 40/40/20/20. Is that enough or do i need to add anything else.

All and all this is going to be a learning process for me just be honest with me and I think I will be alright. Again I am not trying to become a freak bodybuilder just want to keep it simple.
 
bro interesting story...and crohns disease is serious...diet is key there....for a cycle, i really recommend a better base and lower bodyfat before you jump on steroids...i know it's tempting because you're in the 18-19% bodyfat range, but it's much better to be around 10-12% to get full benefits of steroids...you waited this long? why not do it right....start right now by building up your base with SARMS...a short run with cardarine/ostarine is a good start, like this:

week 1-8
cardarine gw 20mgs/ed
ostarine mk2866 25mgs/ed
hcgenerate 3caps/ed
n2guard 5 caps/ed

close out with a mini pct...hcgenerate es....

this is a short run...can give you some boost in mass and build up your base as you shed bodyfat....or you can do a 12 week run and add andarine for a full sarms triple stack...

That is not a bad idea I was unaware that needed to lower my body fat more. I am going to educate myself on SARMS more. Thanks
 
Im gonna toss in some Cardarine myself, just trying to find what source i wanna use.

If Test is what you wanna do you cant really go wrong with 500mg, its a great start out feeler for the anabolic world

Ya ideally I would like to run an oral only cycle twice a year but I guess that is not healthy. lol

Maybe a little off topic but my wife has chrones can I ask what medication do you take for that, im always searching to improve my wife's quality of life.

I have a severe case of crohns I have had 4 bowel resections and I have taken every medication that has come out literally. I am currently on a medicine called entyvio it was just approved by the FDA for crohns. I was unfortunately allergic to several of the medication. Prednisone worked well for me but you can not be on that for long periods of time as it is a steroid. My best advice is pay attention to your diet and life style, things as simple as stress and spicy food can send me into a bad flare up. Paying attention and recognizing when you are experiencing symptoms early is key also. Dealing with the flare up before it become worse is key. It is a very tricky disease and as far as medication goes everyone reacts differently to medicine so I can not really recommend anything. Make sure you are comfortable with your doctor and able to communicate your symptoms to them. i ran into alot of doctors who did not really listen to me and I was the only one who suffered from it. PM me if you need additional advice because i could go on for days. Also join the crohns and me forum I was able to learn alot through other people experiences.

Well, Anavar won't give you less side effects when it comes with test - this stack will just make the cycle more cost effective.

Regarding your approach, considering you BF%, I would do first a SARMs run, if possible - the triple stack mentioned by @gearhead. First of all, it will condition you body for further AAS use. Secondly, it is pretty effective, so maybe you will stop considering the use of AAS and will stick to the SARMs, since your goals are not so related to bodybuilding, but rather performance related.

sarms1 one is the place to go - with them you are guaranteed to get the real and high quality stuff. Besides, their customer service is top-class - a real pleasure to deal with them.
 
you should always run an AI from day 1. I don't care what people on other forums say. those are the same people who are walking around with bitch tits and don't even realize it or with a moon face.

and as far as PCT. if you ran that pct you would feel like absolute shit. lower those SERM doses, add some osta and add hcgenerate ES and now you are talking.. stretch the PCT to 6 weeks instead of just 4.
