An accident 2019. I didn't handle my father's passing from cancer and abusive relationship with a woman (unknowingly didn't know had my child and killed it and 10 days after the fathers death tried to break into my home at midnight to patch things up). Rather than turn to professional help alcohol and recreational drugs became my source of help. I didn't realise I had undiagnosed PTSD. I had an episode I tried jumping a fence that was almost 2 metres high which gave me acute compartment syndrome next thing I know I woke up in ICU 21 days in a coma and if I hadn't had the fasciotomy my muscles in my legs going into necrosis which was being filtered into my kidneys, liver which was causing it go into failure. 10 surgeries, MRSA I was able to beat it. It's why I've become a big advocate on men's mental health and disabilities I wouldn't want anyone go through what I did. My body changed for good but for better forced me to face issues I had.
