I have been on the forum for a while and decided to log in to learn from all the great experiences on this forum. I'm 42 years old, male, and weigh around 102 kg with approximately 14% BF (I will confirm in the week when my new callipers arrive ). Oh, I'm 186cm.
I've been training for several years, but not consistently and very much DIY. Whilst I've made progress, I've also lost my progress.
My current training plan:
Just switched over from rest-pause PPL to classic 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off ( Legs, Chest and triceps, shoulders, off, Legs, back, off ). I go for daily walks of 30-45 mins and on my off days do 45-60min walks fasted.
My meal plan is pretty solid at the moment with 2,800 calories per day
Protein : 225g
Carbs : 340g
Fats: 50g
I was recently on Beligas Test 500 mix and NPP and 4IU HGH. However, blood returned with a skewed lipid profile and elevated E2, AST and LST. So, back on TRT ( 200mg test Cyp Beligas per week ) and Beligas ( Beltropin ) HGH 3-4 IU every night. Other supps I'm on;
1. SLUP
2. 5 Amino 1
3. Creatine
4. Glutamine 5g per meal
5. Bergamot
6. Natokinasse
If possible, I aim to optimise my health and add around 2-3kg of quality muscle whilst on TRT and HGH with a progressive overload plan for the next 2-3 months before I do my next blast.
I want to do a comp, which I'm mentally preparing for.
