Hi All

I have been on the forum for a while and decided to log in to learn from all the great experiences on this forum. I'm 42 years old, male, and weigh around 102 kg with approximately 14% BF (I will confirm in the week when my new callipers arrive ). Oh, I'm 186cm.

I've been training for several years, but not consistently and very much DIY. Whilst I've made progress, I've also lost my progress.

My current training plan:

Just switched over from rest-pause PPL to classic 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off ( Legs, Chest and triceps, shoulders, off, Legs, back, off ). I go for daily walks of 30-45 mins and on my off days do 45-60min walks fasted.

My meal plan is pretty solid at the moment with 2,800 calories per day
Protein : 225g
Carbs : 340g
Fats: 50g

I was recently on Beligas Test 500 mix and NPP and 4IU HGH. However, blood returned with a skewed lipid profile and elevated E2, AST and LST. So, back on TRT ( 200mg test Cyp Beligas per week ) and Beligas ( Beltropin ) HGH 3-4 IU every night. Other supps I'm on;

1. SLUP
2. 5 Amino 1
3. Creatine
4. Glutamine 5g per meal
5. Bergamot
6. Natokinasse

If possible, I aim to optimise my health and add around 2-3kg of quality muscle whilst on TRT and HGH with a progressive overload plan for the next 2-3 months before I do my next blast.

I want to do a comp, which I'm mentally preparing for.

Great start to the log brother! Feel free to throw up a photo with face blurred of your current physique or one most recent, gives you something to look back on as you work your way towards your goals. Very excited to have you on board, will be awesome to see your transformation and you kicking some goals here with the help and support of the EVO Community.

Also do up a bit of a Exercise routine with movements and sets etc, show us what you're currently doing with muscle groups so we have a bit of a benchmark.

those walks you are doing go a LONG way. and they are low impact. i would throw in some hot yoga too in there

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Sunday - Day off, taking is easy today.

I will post my workout from tomorrow. Big leg day tomorrow.

My diet is consistent with the below setup, and I am currently on RPE 8.5 with training.

Diet
Meal 1: 175g rice, 100g banana and 44g Egg White powder ( before training )
Post workout: 44g Whey protein and 100g Karabolyn
Meal 2: 265g rice, 170g lean chicken, 50g avocado or 20g raw nuts
Meal 3: 350g potatoes, 170g lean meats, 50g avocado or 20g raw nuts and 50g green vegetables
Meal 4: 175g rice, 185g lean beef, 100g avocado or 40g raw nuts, 50g green vegetables
Meal 5: 350g sweet potatoes, 170g lean turkey or fish, 40g raw nuts and 75 green vegetables

Fluid intake: 3-4 litre of water a day

Cardio
I walked 48 minutes this morning and fasted, which was good. I usually try to hit 7-10k steps a day, no other cardio at the moment.

supplements
5g Glutamine at each meal
Metamucil at dinner and sometimes in the mornings
Creatine
Citrus Bergamot before bed
Nattokinase before bed
5mg Cialis daily pre-workout
Stim-free pre-workout from premium supports
1.7mg SLUP-332 before training
50mg of 1 Amino 5 Q per day
Occasionally, I'll take 50mg of modafinil, helps with work

Warning: they don't look good, lol, but I hope with the right diet and training, I'll be able to add some quality muscle. I struggle with my arms and legs for some reason, so I'm not sure how or what the issue is given my genetics, but I always lose the size of my arms and legs first when cutting, for example.

This is a great start to this log. Make sure you share some pictures with us.
 
Nice list of supplements and you're taking maybe you can tell us a little bit more about some of them they aren't very common.

I would like to know, especially about 5. Bergamot

beligas, npp and hgh is a solid option. i don't think 4iu's is necesary though.
 
You don't worry whatever. Progress you lost. It will come back, muscle memory is a real thing.

I think that you will improve rapidly on this. It's a good cycle to start.

Make sure your balancing things out as well on this.
