best cycle for cutting and building lean muscle

i just came off a 12week cycle of tren e 200mg and test e 350mg loved it great results thinking of pumping it up next time around ...but would just like to hear from you guys whats worked best for you as far as cutting and building lean muscle
 
Asking what is the 'best cycle' is like asking what is the 'best meal'

Everyone has different preferences. Some people prefer mexican food, some people like sushi etc.

Here is a sample lean bulking and cutting cycle

Lean bulking -
Weeks 1 - 16
Testosterone 500mg/week
EQ or Deca 300-500mg/week
Aromasin 10mg every other day
Cabergoline 0.25mg every other day (If using deca. It isn't needed if using EQ)

Cutting-
Weeks 1 - 10
Testosterone 200mg/week
Trenbolone 200mg/week
Masteron 200mg/week
Winstrol 50mg/day
N2guard 7 capsules/day
Aromasin 10mg every other day
Cabergoline 0.25mg every other day
Cardarine 20mg/day

Yes, it all so very subjective.
 
some guys get their diet on point, others get their workouts on point

you can tell the guys who bust their ass in the gym and still look like shit are not eating right.. it actually is quite annoying seeing someone wearing a tight shirt with a belly hanging out. those are the guys who finish their workout and go to eat a burrito after or eat chikFILA

the guys who have the most success get BOTH their diet and workouts on point!

really the steroids are just there to prevent muscle wasting while in a deficit.
 
For me, among steroids it was always the combo of EQ-Test-Tbol. Works wonders for lean bulking, and it is a rather side-effect free kind of cycle.

However, in my opinion, the absolutely best things for cutting, are SARMS - they barely have any side effects at all, and yet they are very effective for that purpose.
 
I like a cycle with test at 200, Tren at 250 and Eq at 400 with ancillarys. At week 10 I drop the Tren add Mast at 600mg a week and up the Eq to 500. I got great results. Major lean mass stayed under 9% while on Tren but I was eating a ton of clean food. then at the end of cycle I was mid 6% and I am 51. Off now just on TRT and still 7-8% lost a little strength after Tren was out of system but not enough to worry about
 
You can run any cycle you want and just adjust diet to achieve your goals. If you are looking for lean mass then be in a surplus and run something like test and eq. For cutting, be in a caloric deficit and really you can run any cycle.

Or the guys who light a cancer stick immediately upon exiting a gym. It's bizarre.
