1st of all if your diet on point then you don't need any BCAA 2nd if you already take this supps then make sure is it fermented or not because most of bcaa made from human hair or bird feather

If you eat protein then you don't need them. The only place they really make sense is if you are bulking and for some reason have to go without food for a long time.
