Best fat loss drug?

Hey guys,
My name is Max, I'm 26
Been training for the past 8 years
I used to be pretty lean for the first couple of years, very focused on the diet and consistent but always had a bit of extra fat.

I used to be 184cm for 80-85kg with apparent abs

I'm now around 100kg, strong but got way more fat than I used to, I know that's 100% because of my diet. I still look lean from the upper body but too much visceral fat.
I work in the construction industry and burn a lot of calories everyday but consume more than I should, and my work is hard physically but also mentally which is why sometime I compensate with Sugar. Sugar Is my drug 😳
My only motivation is when I see results
I've used clenbuterol twice in the past with great results but I don't want to use it anymore due to its side effect.
However having fast results with that little help kept me motivated while on a diet...

Anyway, I'm looking for advice and suggestions on oral steroids or drugs with low/mild side effects but not as bad as Clen.

How's the diet NOW. Having done SOME physical work at a couple of points in my working life I know only too well how a sloppy diet (fry up) is GREAT when you're really working your ass off. But our metabolism slows, we age and we move from manual labor to managing and are STILL eating crap.

IF that's the case no PED fix will help. The moment you stop it you're still gonna be eating sh*t. So FIX that FIRST. Start by cutting out sugar.

And do NOT think 'diet'. Think 'lifestyle changes'.
 
Of course when I say diet I'm talking about habits and not only a 8 week plan then going back to hold habits. I've learnt a lot about what is good and what isn't in the past 8 years, I give good advice to my friends but just can't apply them to myself ahah.
I know for a fact that if I manage to eat clean for 1-2 weeks in a row I will see results straight away because my work burns so much calories.
But I just struggle to cut sugar, I eat good amount of proteins, good fats, and good carbs (oats, wholegrain bread, rice, Etc...) but I'm always craving for sugar, and struggling to stay motivated and stay away from it 😡 Also eating out 2-3 times a week doesn't help, but for lunch I try to stick with Muscle chef meals or something healthier than fast food.

Maybe I should try some of these supplements that cut your sugar craving

This is about your diet, not what you can take to overcome it.

I need to work on that first.

Was just trying to find an efficient fat burner that could help on the side (I know 90% of the results will come from the diet, but clenbuterol has helped me in the past) and I know that clen without a good diet would be useless.
 
clen is far too dangerous both long and short term, not to mention the weight will just come back.. so you damage yourself for NOTHING.. a sarms cutting stack would be the best option to look at ... ive covered this in several videos but this is the layout that could be of help

there is NO SUCH THING IN NATURE AS table SUGAR

sugar cane is a plant that has a liquid sweet yet bitter substance inside of it.
that plant is picked and taken to a factory where it is REFINED into sugar. so it is a completely processed food.

think about it that way the next time you get a sugar craving. You are craving something that has only been around for a fraction of the time humans have walked the Earth. and the best way to cure addictions or Cravings is to avoid it completely for as long as possible. Usually it takes about three weeks and you will be done with whatever craving you have

and btw sugar is the drug of many not just you, anyone who says otherwise is a liar lol we all love sugar but we control ourselves

to really help you with fat loss and get you some drugs we need to see your LOG journal of what you do now your diet training and details
after that we can set up a diet and training based on what you do and add some compounds on top of it

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Thank you for our message ! I definitely should focus on my diet and start tracking my calories again if I want good results, but I'm at a point where just having a good diet without necessarily counting all my calories would still achieve great results for a good start.
The hard part is that I work as a roof tiler so it is hard for me to track my calories burned during a day even with my fitbit watch, if I listen to what it says I'm at 4000+ calories everyday but that's definitely not accurate because I'm far from eating 4000 calories a day !
That's why I stopped tracking my calories, simply because it doesn't make sense if you don't know how much your body burns in a day and some days are tougher than other so it is not even consistent, otherwise I could track the results in the mirror and adapt the diet.
Anyway I will try to get to that asap , this will be a good start to achieve great results before taking any drug that will help once the diet is on point.

@Maxxy06 fitbit is not going to be accurate when it comes to actual long term fat loss
if you want a fat loss drug and really lean out, it starts with logging your diet and training and going from there
 
sugar is one of the most addicting things out there people who say otherwise they're just sugar addicts themselves
 
you need to start logging what you're doing when it comes to your diet and training. If we can help you with that then that will get you on the road to losing weight
 
very difficult to say take this or that drug. It is best to always log your training and diet so that we can help you with that
 
there is no drug that helps you lose weight technically. Some drugs can help blunt appetite but what happens is when you stop taking them you gain everything back
so get a log going so we can help you do it the right way
 
best thing is to do a log Journal. Post up your pictures, diet, and everything else that you can think of. That is the best way to do this
