Best MK-677 Dosage & Timing for Appetite Boost?

Hey guys, I’ve been bulking for almost a year now, but lately, my appetite has taken a serious hit. Even after adding liquid calories and calorie-dense foods, my body just isn’t feeling like eating. A big part of this is that I go through depressive phases and I am on an anti-depressant, which kills my appetite. I know the real solution would be to manage stress levels first, but I only have about 2 months of bulking left, so I’m looking for a quick fix, hence why I’m considering MK-677.

My biggest issue is in the morning and evening, I wake up and don't feel like eating anything for five hours before I can even think about eating. After I come back from my workout session in the evening, I face reduced appetite. I need to keep my appetite at an appropriate level for my morning, afternoon, and evening meals. What’s the recommended dosage for appetite purposes, and how should I split it throughout the day that every dose gives appropriate appetite boost?

Would appreciate any advice from those who’ve used it for this reason. Thanks!
 
i would take a dose in the AM and then PM before bed then adjust from there

Thnx for the response, I am thinking of setting its max dose at 30mg per day so that I have enough room to make adjustments if I see its effects wearing off around the afternoon or before dinner, is 30mg per day considered risky or too high?

we were waiting on updates now its sad you stopped them, the whole EVO family was out to support you and you MIA :cry: why?

The appetite issue is hard to resolve because we dont know any of your updates
can you update your log with foods and diet please? and we can see whats the appetite issue you have
 
I would start at 10 or 15 mg per day and work your way up from there.
 
Would love to see you fire up your log.
Hard to really keep track of your prior issues. If you don't.
 
nutrobal will boost appetite and sleep right away.

You'll notice other benefits the longer you stay on.
 
nutrobal should be treated like hgh.
use it in the AM and then some before bed too
