In good shape for my age
Maybe 18% body fat max and 218 pounds
I am curious about doing an oral and an injectable steroid together for better body look
My options are as follows:
Testosterone enanthate + anavar
Equipoise + turinabol
Or
Trenbolone acetate + winstrol

First up brother go with testosterone starting at 300mg per week split Monday and Thursday,titrating up to 500mg run for 16 weeks add Anavar at week 10 at 60mg per day,that way you get a feel for the testosterone and how you will respond before adding in an oral,make a pct plan or a cruise plan into the next cycle if you are going that route,if not then just pct off.

need to dial in your diet and training man. 18% body fat although that is a damn good number for an average couch potato american living in rural america, unfortunately to me it is a lazy number. nobody should be that high, should be lean and mean year round. fix your diet man and worry about steroids after

i stay 9-10% body fat MAX year round. when i really push myself its closer to 7%. its all about daily exercise and eating in a time restricted window daily, fasting, and eating nothing but a natural whole food diet.

If that is your only choices.

Test e and Anavar because you should never run a cycle without test.
If you have access to these compounds..

The strongest cycle you could do would be test e, tren and and winny… that would be an advanced level juicer though.

If I didn’t have a whole lot of experience and wanted great results I would do

Test e, and winny.
